“Went to Mister Transmission on Woodchester Dr. after my daughter's 2015 Honda Civic broke down on the road with no traction going forward or reverse. My decision was based on positive customers' reviews of the business on Google. Explained the problem to Giorgio who asked me to bring the vehicle in for inspection. After I had the vehicle towed there, Giorgio soon called me and confirmed that the problem was a broken axle. His repair quote for cost and time was reasonable and his manner was upfront and professional so I also asked for the transmission fluid drain and refill to be done while the vehicle was in the shop.
I left the shop a satisfied customer and would recommend this business for the good customer service delivered there.”

“It was a very snowy day & the wheels needed torquing…so who did I call? The manager answered the call and said they were closing in 10 min, but I could get the wheels torqued, as I do a lot of driving.
He even showed me how to check whether the tires were truly brand new that I had recently purchased. I just mentioned that I paid for new tires, but once I saw them, they appeared like they had been used!
As long as you are not a racist, you will like the brand new tires in shop & car accessories they carry at this store.”

“Couldn’t thank these guys enough. We were referred to My Garage by another fellow mechanic in our circle to have Kevin and his team help my partner and I with a used vehicle purchase.
This was last summer and despite how hectic things were schedule-wise on their end, they took us in with open arms and were extremely prompt with servicing my vehicle.
Trustworthy, honest, and thorough. Again, it was a used car so it needed a LOT of work, to say the least. Once we brought the car in, Kevin was very efficient - just by looking at it, he gave us a run down then and there. He was clear and transparent about what jobs needed to be done, different case scenarios, different options, and laid down what was to be expected in terms of the rates for new parts & labour. Speaking from our initial experience with My Garage, we could really tell Kevin and his team were committed to doing everything in their power to ensure the jobs got done in a timely manner - and they did.
