“I placed an order as a gift for a friend, excited at the selection of plushies The Littlest Gift Boutique had. When one of them was sold out, they reached out to me promptly and offered options to replace or wait for the one I wanted. The one I was really hoping for ended up coming earlier than expected and they shipped it out so fast!! My friend adores them! They're high quality plushies and the customer service and communication was top notch. Would definitely buy from here again!”

“I love bringing my kid to this place. The location is huge, as is the selection, and I don't think we've ever walked out disappointed. Even during the holidays the lines move consistently and we're never waiting for very long.The only downfall is the intersection trying to get in or out which makes it a bit of a pain to visit.”

“I've heard / known about build a bear for many years but only recently started shopping there as I'm a new father. This is my second year getting s birthday bear for my daughter and it's something that my wife and I look forward to. The store is typically filled with energy and pleasant staff. They offer a welcoming environment and picking out the perfect bear is a great experience. You even get to make a birth certificate for your bear. The only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star is an interaction that I recently had with one of the staff during one of my visitis. My daughter was wandering around the store and ended up going behind the cash area and immediate walked out (it's open on either side). Immediately one of the employees (lady with long brown hair and glasses) looked at me and told me that my daughter couldn't be in the cash area. Normally I'd just shrug it off but her tonality and how she delivered her message to me was completely off/rude. I told her that it was accidental and that my daughter was just a baby. I'm not sure if the employee was just have a bad day/one off but this is a children's store. If you can't be pleasant maybe don't work here. While my wife and I did end up getting a bear, the interaction I had with the employee kind of killed the mood. I'm glad I was checked out and helped by other employees who seemed much more helpful and made up for the interaction”
“Gifts & Collectibles is my favorite Toy Collections Store in Square One. This store offers a lot of genuine and Holly Grail figures that the other Toy store in Square don't have. Once you step inside the store,the feeling of Nostalgia effect and feeling of being a Big Kid in a heart again is amazing.
Price's are fair compare to the quality of products that you will get and guaranteed it's genuineness.
David the owner is very polite,compassionate ,reasonable and friendly person. This guy is very down to earth and I admire his kindness.

“This is my favorite Party City in Oakville/Mississauga. I mostly come here for balloons. The friendly staff are the best thing about the location. They inflate the balloons properly, so that they're all the same size and will arrange them nicely.”

I had a gift list of specific items & Brian was able to help me find em’ and pick em’ out quickly. Plus, they helped with wrapping up the gifts as a set and it was super nice of them.

The staff are all so knowledgeable which helps a lot especially me who doesn’t know too much about anime stuff… great selections they stay up to date! Definitely worth checking out.. you might just find yourself snagging a little thing even a keychain”
