“I wanted to wait a couple weeks before writing this review to make sure the problem wouldn't just return quickly after service. John was so great to deal with. I called, letting him know I had a few things i wanted to take care of on the body of the car (preventative measures) and that there was an immediate issue with my driver's side door. He said to come right in... He checked it out, quickly repaired the door in the parking lot, and when I asked what the cost was, he graciously offered a good faith gesture of a Google review and return business for the other repairs.
