I have been coming to The Vitamin Store for years now, and it is my #1 place to go for supplements. The prices are very competitive , and they usually have sales going on which is a bonus. Staff is knowledgable and is always eager to answer questions. I have also ordered from the store when something was out of stock and they called within 2-3 business days saying it arrived.

It is a small store but it seems to carry the high end vitamins and homeopathic products, etc. The ones that my naturopath recommendsI am pleased with the selection.

Very disappointed that my order won’t arrive on time. I ordered twice. Considering that the first one was shipped promptly with Express service, I believed they will do the same for the next order. But I had to call them to get the second order shipped. I told them over the phone that I urgently need the items for my travel. However they shipped the item through regular service. OMG

Ordered some vitamins, tracking says it has shipped. But haven't received anything. The store has stopped responding to my emails and calls. Completely ghosted.Pretty brutal, would avoid this place.

Not going back here again. The lady at customer service is rude. The shop charged more price than listed online, it’s been corrected and refunded the difference but after long wait and small arguments. Surprisingly they don’t apologize for their mistake.

Horrible service and staff at the store! One put me on hold for 10 minutes and didn't bother to come back on, all the while making small talk with someone in the back! Then when I tried to call back for assistance, wouldn't pick up the phone! Not the right way to run a business!

Great deals/discounts. The time of sending an order to the time of shipment is quite delayed.5-10 days. Attempted to contact company Via fb messenger and email multiple time and not one time have they Responded. To call and speak to someone... they do not seem friendly or overly interested in helping. I’ve only ordered for the discounts and free shipping. Customer service needs work.
