Extremely disappointed with the excessive scanning fees at this UPS store. Charging $2.75+taxes for grayscale and $3.75+taxes for color scanning per page is simply unjustifiable. While I understand prices may vary per location, the stark difference in pricing between grayscale and color scanning raises concerns about fairness and transparency. It's clear these prices are arbitrarily set rather than reflecting actual costs. Save your money and seek alternatives elsewhere where pricing is more reasonable and transparent.

Bad for printing as they only have one type of paper. For simple prints or photocopies.

I surprised the reviews are low, I’ve returned online purchases several times and they even bag the items for me free of charge (unlike Canada Post and FedEx). Thanks for helping me get my refunds back quickly!

Not friendly serviceRather go elsewhere next time. Spoke in clear English and asked for directions on procedure to return a package. Response was " leave it on the counter" without proper direction as there were 3 counters in the store.Seemed totally disinterested in a return package, makes me wonder why?

This isn’t the regular ups I use but I needed to drop a package n this location was on my way. The two girls working, Ashley n Anna Kay. They were both very knowledgeable, so helpful, so patient… with my 100 questions.I appreciate it!! Will definitely use this location!!

I walked into the store and the worker Ashley was very rude and uptight, even when we left to go to the car she kept giving us dirty looks from the window. It was also very expensive, definitely will not come again. If you can try to go to the one on Eglinton, they’re very pleasant, and will give you a discount if they’ll see fit.

Please be Careful before you send any courier via UPS. I have been chasing a claim for lost equipment worth in thousands, since April 2023. It has been more than 195 days- the process started- still no results. The store says they no say in settling claim and at the mercy of management to settle the claim. Interesting part is I bought insurance for all lost and damage and but did not know it would take 195 days to follow the process and still counting..!... Finally claim settled at 200 day. Closure! Alas.

The woman who works here, I think her name is "Rekula", looks very familiar. I think it was the same woman who looked at me in an odd way many years ago when I was 18 standing in best buy, my meat hammer became semi big in my jeans looking at a game, this woman was entranced by it gazing at it, right there I could have acquired this woman for a special encounter but I didn't, at the time I had no special encounter experience with women. Fast forward to age 31 I have been with several South Asian girls of various caste groups.She stood there for 5 seconds with her jaw dropped gazing at it, I remember looking up at her and she walked away slowly. I don't know for sure if it is the same woman but it might be, her husband was very threatened when I went there long ago, he tried to be socially imposing upon me talking about some movie I didn't care about. I think she desires fair skinned males with big tan meaty ones now.

Please DO NOT DO A PASSPORT PHOTO at this location.It is more expensive than at the other UPS locations and the quality is very poor. Almost had it rejected at the Passport Office.When I went to voice my concern, customer service agent was very rude and she did not have any respect for the client.I am very much about supporting local business howevernot this UPS location.

They have a swift and convenient package drop-off service. The service was fast, staff friendly, and the process was hassle-free. After leaving my package, it was processed in minutes and shipped too immediately to its destination.
