Worst experience with UPS. Avoid it at all cost.
Expecting a package to come in. Received an email when it will come. There is custom that needs to be paid, which is not an issue. Arrived at the UPS website, it is just one technical difficulty after another. Can't pay the custom online, because it keep saying "Please check your information and try again". Did this about 4 times, it clearly doesn't work.
I then try to reroute the package to a physical location for pick up. Again, technical difficulties. When I finally got it to work. It gave me the option to change delivery address. But guess want, they want identify verification, which is alright. But they want to do mail letter verification. That makes no freaking sense!! I am more likely to resolve my package issue by the time UPS send the letter.
It requires a signature. It says that I can do it online.
Try doing that. It says "The package is no longer eligible for delivery instructions". The package haven't even sent out yet!!
I called customer service to see what they can do. Typical over-sea customer service with thick accent that couldn't help. Transferred me to technical support which they never picked up their phone.
My last option is to coordinate with the owner of the house and physically go to the drop off location and wait for the package to come. I am doing delivery for the delivery man and "customer service" serving myself. All this I have to pay for it.
Never use UPS.

Most of all UPS services are always good at all UPS locations…. There was one thing that staff had not done, after the email is printed. The email is to be deleted from the print job and was not..… I had a sensitive email printed days before and it was not deleted as requested. The owner just denied the fact it was not deleted.………………………………………………………….. As a result in 2020, we moved our cleaning companies ‘mail service’ from their UPS location closer to our central Toronto clients, at TD Tower. There is no further use of the UPS shared computer system, due to possibility of emails being compromised, print offs. Also, we found the ‘mail service details’ to be a little vague on what they will, or will not do. It’s ok service.

Aside from the delivery being extremely fast, the employees are always very helpful and polite. I’ve always had a great interaction with all of them. They offer nothing but great customer service

Jhanvi was extremely helpful and gave me all my options for my business address. We had great conversation and she was very polite. I had a very good experience. She was not a robot. I actually spoke with a human. Now a days that is rare.

The best UPS store for all your printing, passport photos, business cards, shipping overseas, and many more services. Pulkit the store manager and his wonderful team will provide exceptional customer service. Such superb customer service is why it is great working with this UPS store and what make the difference from other stores. I highly recommend the place.
