I had my order delayed for one week and what i got was lies after lies.At first he said the printing machine is broken then he said that they have many other jobs lined up which was a lie too cause he told me earlier that my order is the only one they have now!I was then promised a discount for the delay and at the end they said that we didn’t promise you anything, TOO MUCH LIES!!I would not recommend this store to anyone. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS!I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store location. My order was delayed without a clear explanation, and the staff was not truthful about the reasons behind the delay. This lack of transparency and reliability has been incredibly frustrating. I expected much better service and honesty from a well-known company. Sadly, I would not recommend this location if you need dependable and straightforward service.

AVOID THIS UPS!!! Instead go to south common or staples. The man named Hussain or Hussan here tries to sell stuff over priced. I went to different UPS store with much reasonable pricing from delivering to printing and passport photos. Will not be coming back.
