I have never had a bad experience at this location, and I find the owner to be very nice and chatty when I visit to pick up my mail or parcels.

At this UPS location, the lady at the counter was very nice. She did a great job with our passport photo. She kept retaking it until it was perfect. She was very patient and helpful. Great customer service.

Feel so sorry for the old white lady. She is rude to every customer, and argues with almost everyone, but still needs to work there. Why does such a UPS store still exist?

According to the notification I received driver attempted my delivery but no one called either on buzzer or phone. Driver drop package to nearby UPS store. I called UPS and they informed me about Location and asked me to pick from that Location.I went to the store and shown my License picture but woman inside the store was so rude she denied to give my package and informed me to call UPS for return.

They charge $4 to print a one black and white page. There's a fee for opening the file. I've never experienced this at other UPS stores or even Canada Post outlets. I don't find this a good customer experience and more of a customer rip off.

Was at the store the lady there was very uncooperative as I was unable to email the return label to the store computer she did not assist me to see what was wrong or scan the qr code for printing.

Charging money to use the scotch tape when bringing a return box is ridiculous and a money grab very bad customer service go to other ups stores they offer better service

All these reviews I believe 100 percent, old lady who works there tries to charge for picking up your package there for $10 a package after paying for shipping at time of purchase, and if you don't pay she will send them back to the seller. Surprised UPS would allow a store like that to be run for so long with so many complaints and ruin their reputation. Very disappointed, one day she will meet the wrong person.

Really Rude old white Lady. UPS need to explain to her how pick up label works. She was like why you keep on picking up your package here and not paying. I told her i have paid on the website already and if you scan my package right now it will tell you what i need to pay and thats nothing zero dollar lady. Please be nice look at your store reviews seriously RUDE !

This is the worst UPS store, they are scammers. Horrible customer service. The old white lady ignored me until she finished her work and then when I asked her how much to print a document from an email she said $.10 later when I emailed her, she asked me if I was paying cash or not because it’s different prices. I said cash and then she said $4.50 I couldn’t believe it! I asked her why the $4 she said that’s the charge for opening an attachment. I was astonished! I said no other ups store does it and certainly not staples, she said that I’m paying for comfort! I don’t know what comfort she is talking about but I told her she is a scammer and I’ll never be there ever again! Go to staples!
