The owner/manager of this store is simply amazing. If you have a question about a service, he will not stop until he has an answer for you. I’ve been to the store for printing services and mailing and they are simply amazing. I love when I find people that excel at what they do!

Super disrespectful staff, was told “have fun with your time buddy” in a rude tone by an associate. Should not be working customer service if you can’t treat your customers with respect.

I needed to have my passport photo taken and after a quick search I learned I could have it done at my local UPS store. It was so convenient and I think I was in and out of the shop in under 3 minutes. The service was lovely too, the man was so nice. Very professional and very easy process.

I get all my stuff from delivery except from these buggers. They never deliver and just say that we are not available. I will never ship anything with UPS.

AVOID THIS UPS LOCATION IF YOU CAN/TAKE HEED TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS....Today I brought in 4 large boxes to ship. Pre-packed and pre-paid WayBill by my $2B company. I asked to simply use the tape-gun. The guy is like "We sell tape." I'm like, "So you're gonna try to sell me an entire tape roll and I need like 4 strips?" Him - We sell tape. He didn't think to himself about 'repeat business of me coming in for my company or recommendations for family for friends. He was concerned about "Selling a roll of tape". Avoid this location. I packed up my large boxes and took them to Mohammad at UPS Meadowvale. I also rated this place 1 STAR and it bumps it to 4 STARs. It is 1 STAR.

shipped a package with this location and wanted to follow up with the tracking, took out my receipt no tracking number. Thought maybe I will get an email with the tracking update and nothing either. So disorganized.The owner wants to nickle and dime you for tape as well if he has to seal your box, other locations do not do this!

Went in there to drop off a package that required the service point agent to sign and file as per the DHL instructions. The man working at this location was incredibly rude, didn’t even look or read the form and told me he wasn’t going to sign. He was dismissive and flippant towards me, again without ever looking at the DHL forms that I had with me. Doesn’t seem to understand how to run his own business, I’ll go elsewhere.

The guy was in a rush, we had photos taken and charged twice because they rushed us and only showed us the first photo out of 2. The lady was nice. But if you need a photo taken go to shoppers you can take your time there and the price is the same. Customer satisfaction over 20$ any day.. really disappointed in the experience. (Also not very professional with photos taken, shoppers offered more options and knew sizes from pictures I showed them, here you have to give them everything precisely and they still didn't give me the right size, but I'll manage)
