What is going on with the staff? I came in after seeing they had a few PS5 disc editions in stock. I asked a worker if they still had one and they said “Nah”. I asked politely if they could check because the website showed a substantial amount available, I know there could be errors so I figured I would ask. He said no and that he had a phone activation to do. Meanwhile another lady asked a worker the same question and the worker went and grabbed her a PlayStation. I walked right out, several staff members saw my interaction and not one bothered to put down their phone to help me. When you converted the store to Best Buy Express you would have been better off replacing the staff at this point

Someone should fo something about the smell of that place. Most of the employees smell extremely bad and that blue shirt they have on doesnt help. Was a very bad experience. Asked for a car charger with my nose closed. Awefull!!?
