I recently visited the Home Depot store and had a very disappointing experience with a manager named James. I was trying to make a return, and instead of being helpful and understanding, James was rude and unreasonably strict about the process. He seemed more focused on denying the return than on assisting a customer fairly. His attitude was unprofessional, and he made the experience stressful and unpleasant. I expected better service from Home Depot, and this interaction left a bad impression. I hope the store can address this issue to improve customer service.

Pls replace your old carpet cleaning machines in Tool rental department. They are awfull . We have issues every time we rent them. They never been cleaned. They not function properly. Next time we gonna rent somewhere else

I called to check stock on an item and ask about an exchange and the lady told me she’s to busy to help me and told I had to drive to store 5 times as far because she didn’t want to help me.
Then she said she would get someone to check stock and put me on hold . After being on hold for 5 minutes they just hung up on me.
Idk who the lady was but she should be fired . This is absolutely disgusting.

Self checkout has no line direction. People come from both sides and get angry trying to checkout. Only 2 other cashiers at the end of the store.

It seems that my experience with Home Depot hot was not one of the best, I paid for 25 bags of concrete of which only 22 were left, the cashier told me to wait outside until the forklift arrived with the bags; something that never happened and when I returned to claim what I had already paid, there were 3 bags missing that another customer had taken, so they had to refund me the amount of them.

Requested some cuts, a rep was already making some cuts but made and excuse to go away from the saw and told me the saw will be out of service for 15 minutes and I should go look for another associate who can help. I went looking for another associate, found someone and the gentleman said he will send someone in. Waited another half an hour, there were couple of other people who needed cuts but no one showed up. Ended up leaving the store disappointed.
