My family and I were so happy we hosted my bridal shower at the Glenerin Inn. The venue was beautiful, the food was incredible, and the staff were amazing at accommodating requests and dietary restrictions. The team also went absolutely above and beyond to ensure that some damages to the room were repaired ahead of my bridal shower. I cannot thank them enough!

I must say, spa was an exceptional experience! I treated myself to a facial and pedicure.
Felicia was truly amazing! Her expertise and gentle touch made me feel completely relaxed and at ease.
The spa itself is serene and tranquil, providing the perfect atmosphere for unwinding and rejuvenating.
I highly recommend Glen Erin Spa, especially if you're looking for a skilled therapist like Felicia. She truly went above and beyond to ensure I left feeling refreshed and radiant.

Spent the night after a wedding and there was no hot water at all
When we alerted the front desk that after running the shower for 10+ minutes it was ice cold.
They said they’d let maintenance know but offered nothing not even an apology. We took ice cold showers and checked out early because this placed was not somewhere I want to stay.

Fabulous customer service, location and food! We had an engagement party for 75 in July and everything was PERFECT.
So organized and professional through the planning stages and on party night too.
No surprises! So happy we chose the Glen Erin Inn! Thank you Faye, Randy and all the staff that dealt with me and looked after our guests. We’ll be back!

bland food... guests had to add salt and pepper to the pasta. Chicken was "meh" No AC in the washrooms, small but pretty halls for bridal/baby showers. Had ugly chairs so rented from outside which they refused to help setup without a fee. Lunch service takes about 1.5hrs so plan ur events/games accordingly (took too long)

I attended a bridal shower at the Glenerin. Lovely place. Good food. Staff were accommodating and attentive. ???
P.s. what was observed was that the staff addressed the women at the event as "ladies!" Not "guys!"

Did a couple's spa day here. Mixed reviews. Wife loved it, I didn't think so. Depends on your masseuse.
Lunch was very good. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Service is good just wish I had the same experience as my wife.

Clean friendly staff and the rooms they are above average plus the showers they are so relaxing with two shower heads....and clean can't wait to go back

Last week Sunday, my daughter-in-law and my son had a baby shower here at The Glenerin Inn & Spa.
The table setting is very elegant and inviting. We had a great time and lots of joy. Overall, the atmosphere, food, and service were fantastic.
Best place for any party!
