Unprofessional and dishonest staff, if you buy here compare price on product and your bill, they over charge and if you catch them they give excuse software is not updated. It happened twice and I will never go back.

The store was suppose to open at 9 am today (Jan. 12/2023) but I was waiting outside till 9:45 am still nobody showed up and no any notices. Very frustrated.

Went in with my fiancé to buy a few things and the woman that owns the store wouldn't even try my card because it was with a bank that she's "never heard of" so I told her I would be back in a few min and when I came back with cash 5 minutes later everything was away and she flung the ring I was purchasing in my direction, when we phoned to say we felt she could've been more professional by at least trying the card first she gave attitude and didn't apologize. all she said "okay, no problem" and my fiancé shops there all the time too now they have lost 2 customers, one of which was a regular, I would give 0 stars but I want people to see this, they may have overcharged us when we went back in to pay as well, they initially said $27.99 total but when we came back it was $36.99 but we could be mistaken

Never get your helium filled here for balloons. I filled 40 dollars worth of bloons which all deflated in under 12 hours for my wifes baby shower the next day. Very cheap service and I had to go spend another 40 dollars at party city last minute to save my wife's day. The employees at party city managed to put it together quickly considering the horrible experience at dollar store plus.

The cashier who’s been working for around 7 years give or take is amazing.Her name is Sheela and she is so friendly, when you can’t find what yourlooking for will always help you. Never seen her in a bad mood, great peopleperson and great personality.Love getting my helium balloons there.
