Terrible customer service. Sharma has been playing hooky on our calls for 2+ months now, when we have a $700+ warranty on our washer and dryer. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unbelievable. Would never recommend to anyone.

This comes in late but still in true appreciation of the excellent customer service provided by Teletime - Mississauga. Special mention to JD and Montie who helped us procure and deliver all the different components of our Home Theatre System at a very competitive price and in a timely manner. They were both very kind, professional and courteous in the entire dealing from purchase to delivery. Would highly recommend!!

Teletime has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I ordered a Samsung frame TV. Delivery was promised to me on April 15. That date came and went with no delivery and no notification that it would be delayed. I called to reschedule delivery for April 23, 6-9pm. That time also came and went with no delivery and no one calling me to notify me that it would be delayed. I have now spoken to approximately 10 different people from Teletime and no one will take responsibility for this issue or ensure it is handled. I will avoid purchasing anything from Teletime ever again. They are simply awful. "Prince" is the salesperson I spoke with. He is not trustworthy.

We had purchased a sectional sofa in November 2021 and added a modification to the order. We were assured it wouldn't be a problem and the manufacturer would be able to easily accommodate.The sofa was delivered and we noted our modification was not done, there was a mark on the cushion and the latches to connect the sectional did not line up.Contacted them numerous times, email, messages and phone call. Always being told it was going to be taken care of and someone would contact us.It's the end of April 2022 and we are still waiting for some one to connect with us.Very disappointed.

Working with Montie at Teletime was a great experience. He is conscientious, knowledgeable, and all around helpful when we needed to navigate a range of products for our kitchen renovation. He provided great advice on appliance models, functionality and value for money. He helped us quickly resolve an issue related to a component that we needed for our fridge/freezer and worked to make sure that we had all of our appliances available for delivery in time for the installation of our kitchen. I absolutely recommend working with him. He's been absolutely wonderful

Teletime customer service and satisfaction guarantee is a lie. We bought a couch from them at an unmarked booth next to the main Teletime display at the Spring 2022 Home Show. The wrong colour was delivered 5 months later. We have been trying to resolve this problem. The salesperson, Kamal, rejected assisting us. He gave me the wrong phone number to their customer service, will not give the name or phone number of his manager. Anyone we have dealt with (mainly someone named Monty) keeps putting us off - he promises to follow up with the manufacturer but doesn't call us back when promised. When we follow up, Monty's never there. I am now stuck with a couch that is the wrong colour. Oh - they got the accent pillow colour right, but now nothing matches. All we wanted was an exchange.

Ordered a Samsung TV put the deposit of $1000 May 28, 2022, delivery date scheduled for July 15, 2022, called but they continue to delay. Still waiting for the TV. Poor Service. I should of read the reviews. Invoice S F-23639. Zero Stars.

They don't honor their prices. If you happen to shoot a good deal online they will simply refuse the order until they raised the price of the product again.Edit for reply:So why did you take 50 bucks of my credit card if I didn't order it? So yeah I did got the deal you just told me for a week you never received my order and I should call back later.

DO NOT BUY FROM TELETIME!!! We bought a NEW Samsung television from them at the Home show in Toronto, and we got a USED set, that was scratched, missing parts and had been viewed for 136 hours. Then they said they would send us a NEW set which never arrived. We have yet to see our refund. Visa is chasing them now, as is Samsung Canada and we are now calling the Toronto Home Show. They are fraudulent in their actions and are breaking the law by misrepresenting their products. PLEASE protect yourselves from folks like this.
