Believe the reviews that give this branch 1 star. No regard for customers and rather than help seems they go out of their way to make things more difficult. Frontline agents are ok, for the most part. It’s their ‘managers’ that have poor customer service and don’t help address needs.
A real shame that this is the nearest branch to me. I avoid coming in unless I have no other option.

I visited today and have to say that the mindset of the female manager and the lack of experience on the front desk guy were utterly disappointing. When your clients need help, I thought customer service folks should be going above and beyond to get the problem solved. May be not a bank for me to continue with....

This is a worst TD Bank ever. There is a Asian guy working calling himself as a manager. He knows nothing. He doesn't even know how to dispute transaction. I went to another branch they did it in 2 mins. No wonder why google review is 2.5 for this branch.

This branch has always been a pain to deal with. Went out my way today to come here since it’s still my “home branch” (whatever that means) and it just ended up being a massive waste of time.
Needed to deposit a bank draft (presented with stubs and receipts) and send out a wire, but was told the draft had to be held for 5 business days. Mentioned that I did a draft deposit and same day wire with no issues about a year ago and was told by the Customer Experience Manager that the policy had changed within that time. Fair enough…
I took the draft back as I was considering cancelling it and doing a wire, but decided to try the branch near my office. After providing the same documents and answering a few questions (and having a real conversation rather than canned standard policy responses), they were able to use their judgement and get everything done for me without any issues.
Not only was it just a waste of my time coming here, I was clearly lied to about capabilities and this alleged “policy change” that clearly didn’t occur. Maybe because my age and the amount? Who knows…either way, if you need to get anything of substance done avoid this place.

I went to the bank to open an account. I met Massa Mourod she was the nicest lady to get help from. She was a down to earth person. Very help full. I would recommend her very much.

I called and tried to order US petty in small bill, they said I have to come into the branch to place the order. Why I have to make 2 trips to the branch?

This is one of the nicest if not THE nicest TD I’ve been to in Mississauga. Veronica, Jeremy and Lindsay took care of me and made me feel like they actually care about my situation. Thank you guys so much, I will continue to be a TD customer because of your kindness and customer service.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this branch; it's incredibly disheartening that they don't prioritize listening to their customers and seem to have little regard for their time. Despite being assured by the Manager, Jas, that someone would assist me shortly after being asked to wait, I ended up sitting for ten minutes without any help arriving. Consequently, not only has my task remained unresolved, but I've also lost three valuable hours of my workday due to the inefficiencies at TD in this particular location.

As per usual with TD they are incompetent and lie to your face. Used an LOC to pay off CC, told an equal monthly payment over 24 months would be set up, first 6 months at a promotional rate and remaining 18 months at their regular rate (no problem). First 6 months were fine, payments were automatically deducted and same every time. Now 6 months is up, amount is transferred to regular rate, no more payments are being automatically taken. Getting dinged for nonpayment that shouldn’t have occurred. They either knowingly lie and don’t care, or they are pathetic in the product knowledge and competency. Embarrassed this is a Canadian company. Should be so much better with how much money they rake in.

Like many of the reviews of this location, I have also experience very poor customer service. I manage a kids hockey team. We are required to open an account with two signing authorities to manage the team budget. I needed to order cheques. I opened the account completely virtually (over the phone), but the TD contact we had suggested I go into the branch to order the cheques so I can see all the options. Short story, they refused to order the cheques for me without the other signing authority present claiming a TD policy they could not show or share with me. Note, I have done this before at other branches for other teams I have managed in the past and the TD small business associate, I opened the account with over the phone, told me to go into the branch to do this.I went to another branch 5 minutes away and they order the cheques for me, no questions asked. Either there is a TD policy that only people at this branch know about or the people at this branch are incorrect. Either way the customer service was terrible, and they just kept claiming that everyone else were doing things against policy. My other complaint is with TD in general. I am opening up a "community account" for a non-profit hockey team, and the amount of money required in banking expenses is crazy. I only need about 5 or 6 cheques for the year. Prior to covid they would give you a package with 6 free cheques. Now I am required to order minimum 50 cheques for $100. Also, our budget is very small (a few $1000), and because of this we get charge monthly fees. TD, you need to do better for "community accounts" for non-profit organizations. Your profits are large enough to make "community accounts" with no fees and handing out a few free cheques for organizations that only need a few of them. The only reason I came to TD for this account is because I am a long-time customer. But I don't think TD is interested in supporting small non-profit "community accounts" like this one.

Please bring $10 bills back to the ATM machines. These are essential to a cash diet. Ty!
