My family and I are only giving this branch a 5 star because of Miao. She is the loveliest customer service worker we've come across. She personalizes her experience to each client and keeps us in her mind. She is so sweet and goes above and beyond! For every concern or question we have, she is our go to girl!! Keep it up Miao!! Worst customer service. Staff is extremely discourteous and could not answer a simple straight question. Visited there today and asked if there is no business wicket anymore and the staff named Maria was too rude to even answer.

Been with TD for over 25 years now . Came to the branch today to dispute an authorize charge on my chequing account .
An associate name “Mioo Jiuong” wss on the customer service desk . She asked me to go home and phone customer service number at the back of the card . I said “ I did already and was advice to come here to change my card”. She seem upset and unwilling to help me . Sorry but the associate here do not look happy . The bank teller on the other hand looks energetic and professional. I wish the desk people can mirror that behaviour . We are dealing here with money and i expect them to have desire to get me out of this iffy situation. Thumbs down . Sad this is the nearest branch and i have to deal with this kind of unprofessionalism .

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 30 years, but the service at this branch has fallen off a cliff. Attached is a photo showing how my business credit card envelope was recklessly opened and handed to me. Despite the $149 annual fee, I waited over 40 days for this card. I called the branch nearly every day for updates and was repeatedly assured that someone would address the delay.
Yesterday, I was promised immediate action from “my advisors,” but all I got were more issues:
On the letter, it says it’s. “replacement card” but it is NOT. Why all these issues? Where is the original card now?
This is beyond frustrating. I’ve wasted hours on hold and missed out on critical expenses I wanted to use the card for, including a flight ticket that went up by $300 while I waited. I gave this branch a 5-star review last year, but I’ve now downgraded it to 1 star. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Why was my mail opened without my permission? Why was my card touched at all? Was it necessary?Is it hard to show some respect for customer mail? My name is clearly stated on the envelope and it’s an internal mail so don’t tell me you didn’t know what’s inside. I’m very disappointed. How a bank doesn’t have an envelope opener?!? This might sound silly to some, but it’s unprofessional and disrespectful in my opinion.

I’ve got to say- in general, it is a busy branch and the tellers are generally great to deal with. The reason for the 1 star review is an egotistical branch manager that is trying to find value in his life by being a completely irrational person. A fraudulent cheque was deposited in my account BY A THIRD PARTY! I never even SAW the cheque, and the cheque obviously bounced. The teller I was dealing with was great and assisted in every way possible, and took care of all the back end holds, and also agreed that we should not have to pay a returned cheque fee. Then comes the branch manager who thinks he adds value to his existence by denying a small business a reversal of a fee because he doesn’t think it should happen, even though every other TD employee we spoke to completely agreed that it doesn’t make sense but they cannot override him. He even went out of his way to put a note on the account to say not to return the fee which just shows you what type of person he must be. He must feel like such an accomplished and big man by instead of standing by a long term customer in a stressful situation were fraud was attempted, chooses to behave in such an unreasonable and disgusting manner.

I was in the branch (4555 Hurontario St U-C10, Mississauga, ON L4Z 3M1, Canada) at 2:23 pm - 01-30-2024 and I had an inquiry and when I went to the receptionist, I was very disappointed by the employee’s behavior with me and she didnt respect me and start to talk in bad way beside the customers and it was a quick enquiry to know to which department i should be with.I hope that the bank management will take the necessary action against her and ask her to be better with the customers and how you deal with them

Called in to make an appointment. Arrived at the appointed time only to find out it was not properly scheduled by the lady who answered the phone. The branch was understaffed and couldn't help me for at least another 30 minutes. Tired of paying the highest banking fees for low quality service and understaffed branches/call centers. Hopefully TD improves their customer service so I won't have to look for a new bank.
