I had visited Tenth Line West branch yesterday evening. There was a long queue and everyone stuck with something with the teller. At that time the Branch Manager Ania Di Carlo came out from her room and starts helping everyone. She was so quick and seems to be she was the only person working in that branch at that time. She was truly leader and handled everyone quickly with the smile, professionally and technically. I must say she was the best at that time and I was looking her attitude, smile and professionalism. I think this type of worker TD need badly. I would like to recommend her fully those who wants to deal with their investments. Thanks.

I originally had a Visa card and tried to apply online for a Visa card for my daughter. However, I kept encountering errors, so I visited this branch. I inquired about making her a sub-holder since we live together, but they refused, saying it wasn't possible. While applying online again under my daughter's name, the representative said there was a duplicate entry in the credit report and told me to call directly to resolve it. So I called and resolved the issue, but after that, there was no news. When I visited the branch again, they said it had been rejected. They said they would try again, but once more, they didn't contact me. I've visited twice now, and I can't trust their promises to contact me anymore.

There is often a lineup here for the tellers. The tellers are nice and take their time with customers to make sure all their needs are taken care of. I went first thing this morning at 9am when they opened. There were 2 tellers working. There were still 8 people waiting in line when another teller, Himanshu, walked in at 9:12. Surely that is not his starting time??? It took him another few minutes to login and get set up to serve his first customer of the day. I think we would have all been happier if he had been on time for work so that we didn't have to wait in line so long to be served. This is not a valid reason that we should have to wait longer for our turn. Maybe try a different bank branch where staff stick to their scheduled hours so that the work can get done and customers can be served.

I visited this branch today afternoon and it is horrible experience. Only 2 Counters were opened and the staff in one counter is busy in signing for a new credit card for about 30 minutes. After waiting, >45minutes, the manager opened another teller counter but unable to complete my service related to my business account and I was transferred to another counter for to complete this job which would normally take only 5 minutes. Looks like the staffs were busy in talking rather than performing their jobs in professional manner.
This is just unprofessional and unacceptable for business activity in TD Canada. Hope some steps must be taken to stop the recurrence of such type of service in future.

One teller working on a Tuesday morning. Ironically sign about customer service on screen showing. When asked if others can help, they didn't apologize, just talked back about how others had upcoming phone appointments. Horrible service- hate doing a walk in at bank!

In the morning there were very few employees in the branch and therefore customers had to wait their turn. The floor was also quite dirty, although there was no rain or snow outside that day.
The staff was friendly and responsive, which is very important for a bank. There are no comments about the service.
