On a weekday morning at 9am, they only have 2 tellers working and 2 others standing and having a coffee while seeing a long line waiting for service. Perhaps have your coffee break when the line goes down?

There is a girl whose name begins with the letter V. She is very cruel and does not respect the customer. In addition, they don't have anyone who speaks Arabic. I'll never come to this branch again.

I have been going to this bank my entire life, and not once have they provided a fulfilling, understanding, and thorough experience for my family and I. Through calls, they give inadequate information. Their representatives lack the ability to convey information properly and have caused many inconveniences for my family and I. We prefer the Square One branch.

This location by far exceeds expectations. Their service has always been excellent as far and helpfulness, friendliness and amazing service. This is not my home branch but I always go to this location (Mavis and Bristol ) because of they are knowledgeable and welcoming. As we entered the bank the Manager, John David immediately greeted us (he wasn't hiding in the back like other managers!). My daughter needed to open up a US account and the manager John-David and his representative Anthony were super helpful. They took the time to explain all the necessary information. Anthony connected us with the US TD Bank and made sure all our questions were answered. Super friendly people. They have excellent hours for the working class people too.

Have been a customer for over 12 years. Make 6 figures annually and yet they will not issue me overdraft protection, they continually hold paychecks if i happen to earn just a couple hundred dollars more than "usual" its called overtime not that bankers and their hours would know anything about that and they won't allow me to access funds if I attempt to use the mobile deposit feature. Total bane of my existence, they've cost me alot with insufficient fund charges when it's been a matter of literal hours before my funds are available and only reason they were not available is due to the holds they implemented. Always rude, stoic service, shrugged shoulders saying they can't do anything about my problems. Can't stand TD, they are an awful corporation and their employees are useless.

I always have an exceptional experience at this TD branch, especially from Mike Bui. He always goes the extra mile to help with whatever banking needs I require. Now even my parents do their banking there because of Mike. I wish there are more people like him who actually cares about their clients!
