I actually arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment, but Ankitaa was very friendly and helpful. It turns out I needed to see another advisor to first open an account, but that was not an issue as she slotted me in with Jacob right away. And we managed to finish everything on time! Thanks to you both Ankitaa and Jacob!

For all your banking needs go see Ankitta! I opened several investment accounts today and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all questions and helped us understand the different options. She is friendly, warm and helpful!

My wife and I had a great experience with the branch last week.We wanted to make some informed decisions on investments. Ankitaa Dhir the Investment Advisor/Personal Banker sat with us and explained what our investment options were. She was knowledgeable, professional, dedicated, patient and friendly. We need more officers like Ankitaa for customers to feel welcomed and comfortable dealing with their finances. Ankitaa was so committed that she even skipped her lunch to serve us. We are very pleased with her services and commitment.We also needed to open a US account and a US Credit card; Michael was able to assist us with it and explained clearly the options available. He even was nice enough to call Visa to clarify things for us. Great job and thank you Michael.Phyllis- the branch manager was very understanding, courteous friendly who was able to resolve my daughter's long standing issue withhet studentaccount. TD -South Commom Branch kudos to you. Keep up you great work. Thank you again.

When I need to get something done at a branch(once in 18 months typically), this is my go to branch. Staff are always professional and responsive--my banking needs are met in a timely fashion, with a smile. This week I had the pleasure of the meeting David--thank you again David for your assistance and your patience:) I've banked here as my go-to TD Bank for over two decades, and the service has always been the best of all the banks in the immediate region. As I do most of my banking online since the pandemic, it's wonderful to go into a branch were I receive excellent service, no matter what my 'walk-in' frequency is. Thank you!

Jewellery was stolen from their vault. My mom trusted the bank’s vault to do their 1 job and protect the items in their vault. My mother left several jewellery pieces a safety box for about 4 months. Went to pick it up and several necklaces and earrings were gone. She specifically chose her favourite pieces to keep in the safe with td to keep them protected while she went away. A manager said she’ll check the cameras and get in contact with my mother in a week. A week later, the manager did not communicate at all. My mother went in, a different manager was in so she re explained the situation. The new manager suggested to re check her safety box. Magically her necklaces just fell out of the box. How is this possible when the last time, she shook the box, dug her hand to the back to see if anything was in there. And a week later it just reappears? Also, she is still missing her earrings. I’m writing this review so it’s on public record. My mom’s English isn’t 100% and she refuses to cause a ruckus because she got most of her pieces back. However, people need to know not to trust their real valuables here, because clearly, someone can easily take it, and management was minimal help. I can’t say for sure, but it’s extremely suspicious and can’t imagine anyone being able to steal jewellery from the safety boxes than the ones who work with them. As far as I’m aware, they have not done any internal investigation after this event and did zero communication with my family who have been with this company for over 20 years. Hope you enjoy the gold earrings, whoever has them now ?

1 WEEK UPDATE - OCTOBER 24TH - A WEEK LATER AND THE FUNDS HAVE STILL NOT BEEN RELEASED. THE SECOND I GET THIS CLEARED UP I AM LEAVING AND TAKING STEPS TO ENSURE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO ANYONE I KNOW.Made a deposit through the mobile app and this bank froze the account outright! Was on hold with the "team" for hours, no one picked up, called the bank got a answering machine.LEAVING THIS GOD FOR SAKEN BANK!Update on frozen account: TD has a department called Loss Prevention that is making the unilateral decision to freeze any account they see fit when a mobile deposit is made, and the department, no matter how many hours you are on hold does not pick up there lines. I was able, after 8-9 hours and a visit to the bank on work time, able to get the rest of my funds unfrozen, BUT, THIS ACCOUNT FREEZING IS GOING TO CONTINUE AND HIT PEOPLE AS THEY SEE FIT.This is linked to their attempt to decrease fraud and hits all customers equally, starting with all the honest ones.No one can bank at an institution that has put forth these policies.

Even though the bank can be better, I must say it is fairly good. They do not close doors before 6pm and have provided me fast service.

Their ATMs are now only open during banker's hours. What's the point of having them? Typical TD poor service. Time for a new bank.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Place is clean and cozy. Line ups for tellers are typically short. Would prefer later closing times though.
