i called in the morning about my hyundai’s check engine, asking to book an appointment. they offered the next day in the morning so they would have enough time to check for the cause, i let them know i have classes that day and wouldn't be able to make it for then and the person on the phone bumped my appointment up and accepted me same day!
the great experience didn't stop there because when i arrived the mechanic greeted me and got to work figuring out the cause of my check engine, gave me a good price and worked fast from there being accommodating and pleasant the whole time!
not to mention how comfortable the lobby is with many seats, a tv, and chargers available to use for phones etc!
i cannot recommend this place enough and i will definitely be coming back !

Great service! They book appointments and stick to the given time (also have a nice waiting room!), throughly explain what the problem with your car is and what it will take for it to get fixed. They even take you for a drive after to make sure everything is okay and to your liking
They’re extremely transparent and a pleasure to visit

Brought in my 2017 corolla in to Tam based on a recommendation from a friend. It was making all sorts of noises; driving, braking, reversing produced 3 respective noises. After 2.5 days Tam had it back to quiet again and feeling smooth again. He was up front about what needed to be done and how much it'd cost. Would definitely recommend to these guys

I've been coming to T&T Auto for over a year now and have nothing but praise for them. They are incredibly professional and knowledgeable, with top tier customer service and fair prices. Additionally, the waiting area is very nice - it has large windows where you can watch them work on your car, comfortable seating with phone chargers, and as a bonus - candy at the front desk!
Recently my car's exhaust manifold broke, causing a coolant leak. Several parts needed to be replaced, but unfortunately as my car is 16 years old, the parts were no longer manufactured. Tam put in the effort to call around to several distributors, and was actually able to obtain the parts from the US and Quebec!
Tam was also very transparent for the entire repair process, keeping me updated with lots of photos and videos, and providing explanations for all the work that had to be done. It gave me the confidence that my car was being well taken care of. I'm very happy with the work they did.

I went to TT auto and they were fast and efficient in my wheel swap. They also identified that the last shop I went to had used the wrong lug nuts on my wheels and corrected the issue

Took in my 2002 Accord in to t&t a few times for suspension work and overheat problems. Always taken care of by these guys very honest and do good work with very reasonable prices for the quality of work. Definitely coming back here for anything I need in the future.
