Yesterday my husband and I went into store to buy a gift for our cousin in Sydney. The experience was going ok, they asked for budget and showed me few things. As my husband and I was exploring, one of the ladies who worked there sprayed air freshener in the are we stood before. I felt so uncomfortable and very embarrassed. We did not smell but the way they sprayed. Not good at all. We took our business to next door at Michael Hill, and ended up buying twice our budget because of the customer service and the way we were treated. Please look at the CCTV footage between 6.30-7.15. I will escalate this further as I have never seen such grotesque customer service. What if I was allergic to the spray. No consideration what so ever

Brunette lady who I can only assume is the “manager” was extremely rude and unhelpful. For a “high end” jewelry brand, I’d expect more approachable and helpful customer service. I left feeling very dissatisfied and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a good piece to go elsewhere.

I cannot express enough how much Nour, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me with a beautiful swaroski watch! He honoured swaroski's warranty in replacing my old watch due to a defect. He gave me no issues and was kind, patient, and understanding. This really meant a lot to me (and my mom). Thank you so so much Nour for your exceptional care and service!!

My friend and I had the worst experience with the service. The day before we were in a store that was located in the premium outlet mall. There was a very nice girl who helped us but she couldn't find the right ring size. We came to this store because they had needed size and they gave us terrible service . No one even said hi to us when we entered the store. The girls who worked there was chatting. Ferra didn't want to communicate with us and showed contempt for us. This completely discouraged us from buying the ring we wanted to buy. The girl next to us Stephanie did not show us any friendliness either. We really loved that ring and we were planning to buy it. Just wad looking for ring size, but Ferra changed our mind and we didn't bought it and don't want buy it anymore. We hade really good mood before get there. Ferra did everything for change our mind. A few minutes later we decide just visit Pandora and take a look what they have there. Service was in 20 times better than here. I'll never come back again here because of service and Ferra.

I purchased on line a wedding gift for a male friend and his wife and also paid $5 for gift wrap. When I picked it up at store, one of the staff quickly located the order and handed a bag to me. I was confused by the uninspiring bag that I was given, and reminded them I did request a gift wrap. The ladies then told to me that this IS the gift wrap that Swarovski offered: a bag and 2 pieces of white tissue paper.
I told them frankly that this so-called gift wrap was disappointing. They then offered to throw in 1 more tissue paper and two bows.
Before pick up I have received an email from Swarovski that I have to bring copy of that email, AND an ID for pick-up. I totally understand this rule because this purchase was paid already. However, they were happy with the order number on the email and didn't ask for any ID. While the free spirit was admirable I decided to go old school to check the item inside that bag to see if it was actually the item I purchased.
I don't know if they have any other option of the color of the bag. Not everyone loves pink.

Went in to pick an online order. Nour was super kind and helpful, answered all my questions and was efficient. Quickly suggested and advised and then got it ready. Would definitely go again because of the excellent service. The store has moved to a new location with a new layout and looks very nice and luxurious

Didnt have good experience at this store. I didnt know that we have to buy the paper bag separately, the package looks poor ? not worth for what we paid for . 2 stars just because the items looks quite nice. Also the staff is not friendly at all ? wont come back this store. not see you again ?
