The structube products are good. The staff is also helpful. The shipping and delivery is terrible with their time frame. Most of the products are coming from other countries (India, China, etc). They don't make the furniture in Canada.
We were told the furniture willl be delivered in a month once the order was placed. That month is gone. The delivery date is delayed by another 3 weeks and we are still waiting. We wanted to get the furniture in time for a gathering at home, but the delivery wasn't done in time. They don't have any control over the delivery date as the products are coming from India in our case.
It's okay for the people who could wait for 3-6 months for the delivery, otherwise, don't order from them.

I like Structube brand but I won’t go THIS store again. They don’t understand their own system. Delivery schedule was mixed up by their mistake, then phoned me to come to pick up few items by myself at the delivery day. I couldn’t go so I had to cancel my order. It was waste of time. Hope they will provide better customer service.

We stopped here to shop for a couch, it was something we could not wait for and I did see the bad reviews which are all related to delayed shipping. We went in anyways and fell in love with a couch at this showroom. We spoke to the agent, we raised our concerns and he gave straight forward responses. If you are looking for something to be delivered asap, I can tell you if the product is in stock, it’s coming from Quebec and it will arrive quick but the key is to make the purchase at the megastore and yes they have a few around but this location is not one of them. If you purchase at a megastore, You will be able to pick up the products at that megastore location which saves the delivery timeframe but cutting it in half and accurate. They offer free delivery but they use third party delivery companies and that’s where they can’t guarantee exact delivery times and susceptible to shipping delays. We opted to pick up at a mega store and it was delivered two days earlier than the expected date they gave. Although we purchased at a megastore, we experienced excellent customer service here , the structube product is extremely comfortable and the price was good

Even though the furniture looks good and modern, the delivery and wait process is pathetic and not transparent. At the time of reserving my items August'2024, I was given a delivery date of Oct 2nd, 2024 and now that we're closer to the deadline the timeliness shifted to Dec'2024.
On top of that they post sales and take backorder which they cannot even fulfill. Really terrible experience dealing with the whole process.
If you really have to get something, try the items in stock or look elsewhere!
STRUCTUBE IS MORE OR LESS SCAMMING PEOPLE!!

I would like to recognize D’Shaun for the excellent customer service he provided to us during our recent purchase. His product knowledge was amazing and he made sure we make an informed decision for our purchase. I have been using Structube products for few years now and highly satisfied with their quality and prices.

Our visit today was assisted by Ms.Raj and she was amazing. She immediately responded and very patiently responded to all our queries. We went in to order the Carole sofa bed knowing that they don’t have in stock but wanted to see the material before we place the order. She walked through all the details and quickly placed the order for us.While we were hanging around we did notice how she was assisting other customers as well and was so impressed. Surprisingly internet is not what you see. I was socked to see so many bad reviews when I came to post mine. That’s when I decided I need to share what I felt.Hope to receive our order in February by the estimate date.

I bought the Russel dining table on August 10,2023 and was delivered late in December. The dining table came with a big split on the edge and in few weeks turned into a crack that got bigger and bigger. We contacted the store manager regarding the issue but it was not resolved and said that the table comes like that. The wood lacks proper pretreatment and improper storage. Thus the quality of Structube items are questionable. We have decided not to buy or recommend its products to anyone in the future.

Go to another location! I went and a lady named Jennifer was “helping me”. She is RUDE and weird! Right Before I even asked for her help, I felt her heavy energy (so I know it wasn’t me). She was Visibly Huffing and puffing, mumbling to herself and rolling her eyes whenever I had an inquiry . I WISH I was exaggerating! She was passive aggressive the whole entire time! It’s hard to explain via writing. I almost completed my order on their system with her and had to tell her to stop cause she made another gesture that was my last straw. I ignored her the whole time prior because she kept doing this. She made it seem like I was upset that a couch wasn’t in stock when I called her out on it , but I know she knew what I was referring to. The assistant manager apologized for her behaviour as this is not the first complaint about her. He suggested I should come back the next day and he will help me. If I’m already there, why not just help me complete it!? Most of the workers looked uninterested to help! Even by their responses to other reviews on here, they truly don’t care about service. I went to see Don Mills the next day, their service was like DAY compared to this location! I rarely review, but I had to with this experience!

My family and I entered the store and immediately we were greeted by Josephine or Jacquline (apologies for getting the wrong name). We told her about the product we were looking at and immediately after 5 minutes she came back with various options on-floor and off-floor online for us to check. In my view, these are exceptional people skills that help retain a customer for a long period of time. Superb collection btw.

Structube have really affordable and trendy designs.Just had a bad experience with salesperson Raj. She wasnt able to confirm us the right inventory and we traveled all the way to heartland branch for nothing. In our conversation with her, we figure out that she was not very clear about company policies either.We went to Burlington branch later, and the help there was amazing and we are satisfied with our purchases :) .I also had a great customer experience at Structube Oakville previously .

I had a horrible experience with this location. I ordered a bed and shoe rack and the delivery guys dumped it at my front door refused to take it into my bedroom when im in a small condo as apparently i am supposed to pay $50 for “in room service” which the sales representative never mentioned or offered to me. This was a horrible experience having these items dumped inside my home entrance. I called the manager for clarification and she said the representative probably forgot to offer you that service and there is nothing we can do. Horrible horrible customer experience!
