The most honest shop in the industry. My whole family goes here and would trust Alex’s professional diagnosis of my car any day!Had the dealership tell me i needed to replace my axels because they were cracked. Alex took a look and found nothing. 3 years later, my cars still fine never had to change the axel. He didn’t even charge me for taking the car in. Amazing customer service every time!

Needed a tire plugged… outside of work hours …. the boys inside were still around …. Fixed the tire and I was on my way … amazing customer service and kindness …. THANK YOU STINSON AUTO! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Answer to reply : Taking advantage of the situation is where you went wrongWho else charge $30 for changing a tire ?And that whole process took less than 10 mins, No wonder you helped me but here you lost a potential customer just to abusing the situation.Thanks for the $6/nut removal

This place is horrible run by people who don’t care about your car. They will try to convince you that it’s good what they did on it when it’s not paid $1550 for front suspension last March plus they indented my hood which they never told me about it noticed it 2 days later had to pay $100 to get the indent out at a different place. I have been having alignment issues since they changed my suspension all last year came back to complain last Friday If they could check my car out and call me before they do anything and they decide to take my car to a different alignment shop because their laser machine is not working without my consent or asking me. I come to pick up my car and it’s completely pulling to left. And when we went to complain they will try to tell you that it’s good thats not how you talk to customers. Avoid this place with all cost.

These guys are really great. Needed a new battery in my Audi and they had me in quickly and were very honest throughout the whole process.Prices are reasonable and the communication was excellent from both Dereck and Alex even though they are quite busy.Was looking for a honest shop in the city for a while now but I think I’ve found it. Will be back in springtime to get some coilovers put on my S4!
