The pharmacist didn't even know what an Indian status card was asked if I was a refugee. I’m honestly disgusted with what this country’s coming to. How do you go through all that school and not know the basic history of this country. I have a Canadian accent how could I be a refugee. I’m honestly shocked.

Great and speedy service. The pharmacy meets my highest expectations. I have experienced smiley, friendly, professional pharmacist and nice welcoming atmosphere. Extremely helpful when I couldn’t get help at other pharmacies. Actually it is a good model for other pharmacies. Highly recommended.-August 3, 2023.

Always slow service and rude pharmacist who charges me a different price for the same product each time I go. With so many other pharmacies in the area it's easy to find better service and better prices. Just don't ask the pharmacist to be more polite as you may be yelled at in return instead of receiving an apology or actual good service.

Pharmacist is amazing in terms of friendliness, professionalism. She goes that extra mile to offer advice regarding my specific condition. I received a follow-up phone call from her to check in if I had any complications or other questions. I was amazed and so impressed with the quality of customer service. I have also had them do a free delivery for a prescription. She again followed up to check in with me to see if there were questions or concerns. Love this pharmacy, very clean & well organized. So happy to have discovered Square Care pharmacy.

I've been tolerating this particular pharmacists rude attitude and her general lack of knowledge since I've moved to the neighborhood because I only come here when regular pharmacy is closed. I'll now never go back after being scolded for coming in an hour before closing (was literally told she was trying to leave early and now she couldn't)and then having the price raised on me because I did so. IDA Parkside pharmacy is around the corner and has kind knowledge staff and much better prices which stay the same.

I filled my prescriptions today at square care pharmacy after i saw the doctor in the clinic. I didn’t have to wait for long time and they helped me with insurance issue that came up while working on my prescription. I will definitely come back.everything in one place

Anytime you want to order your re-fill prescription, you need to book appointment with your doctor. It is very weird. doesn't it? seems they want to charge OHIP by visiting your doctor. OMG

The pharmacy is really slow and I stood there for 1 hour to get my medication. The doc saw me in 25 mins but pharmacy took 60 minutes to give me my prescription that too she could see me in pain and I went to tell the nurse the same thing. They need more people in the pharmacy, one doing the paper work and the other one preparing the medicine but I think they don’t value their patients or their time.Plan ahead with time or take your prescription somewhere else.

I had been visiting multiple different walk-in clinics today at around 5 pm to no avail, until I came across square care medical centre. I was desperate for a decent walk-in clinic to fulfill my prescription because the others were either already closed or were not accepting walk-in patients for the day. the kind receptionist at square care medical centre told me that if I could make it in 15 mins then I would be able to get my prescription. because of the multiple locations they had, I had actually gone to another location that was about 10 minutes walk away, which resulted in me being a few minutes late. however, the doctor waited for me anyway, and needless to say he was just as kind and compassionate as the rest of the staff (the pharmacist too) and took me in as his last patient for the day. I was seen within minutes, the medications were dispensed very quickly by the pharmacist, the clinic was also clean and spacious. if there will be a family doctor within the clinic/medical group, I would absolutely come back and register myself!

Such an amazing pharmacy! The staff is so kind and welcoming, they did such a great job with getting me my prescription right away with very little wait time. Would highly recommend!
