I am really really disappointed, we ordered ring with banner, and I payed for both but when it was ready to pick up it was only one ring that doesn’t look good at all without the banner.Even when I was choosing ring, I asked, are these two come together? the customer service said yes.When we were there to pick up the front desk lady even didn’t listen that it’s missing banner, and I am so disappointed. she just want to fish the deal and want my husband pay the rest.The picture is the one that I choose but not revived it.

I went to Spence because of my amazing experience years ago buying a ring, but this time couldn't have been more different. Unfortunately I ended up with Adam the salesman. He took all the fun and excitement out of the experience with his pushy sales tactics. Once I picked a setting, I was shown a diamond that I loved, only to find out when I was paying the deposit at the front desk I wasn't going to get that diamond. I only found out because I noticed the diamond was smaller on the invoice and I asked. Then Adam came over and explained the diamond I picked wasn't going to fit in the setting. He didn't tell me this before I bought it. I ended up spending nearly $10k on an engagement ring which was supposed to arrive within ten or so days, but ended up taking 27 days. When I went to pick it up, I was immediately concerned about how dark the diamond looked in the setting and didn't want to take it home, but Adam said to take it home and see how it looks. So, knowing they have a 30 day money back guarantee, I did and I was even more unhappy when I saw how it looked in the light of my house. I had to wait to take it back until I could go without my potential fiance knowing where I was going (obviously I'm trying to make it a surprise) and made it back in a couple weeks. Adam was unhappy, but said they could take the return. He brought in his store manager who told me it was outside the 30 day window and they wouldn't allow me to return it. It turns out their 30 day money back guarantee isn't from the day you get it, but from the original ORDER DATE. Which goes against any intuition you probably have when you're buying anything. So I didn't get the ring for 27 days after my order date (more than twice as long as Adam said it would take) leaving me with a 3 day return window. So now I'm stuck with $10k ring I don't love and a horrible pit in my stomach about what should be one of the happiest moments of my life. I highly recommend going elsewhere, even a different Spence.

Their warranty program is garbage. Customer service told us that if we missed a year but got it inspected, it would be fine. Went there today and apparently our warranty is now over or we can spend $100 to reinstate

You guys need to stop with your annoying, lame, and witless radio ads. Every time your ad plays I cringe and lower the volume. It's the worst part of my day listening to a bunch of fools trying to ad-lib an ad.

Everything possible by Cindy and her team at Spence Diamonds Mississauga happened, even though my situation required extra work on their behalf. This hard work and dedication to customer happiness has made me write my very first review. Adam Siraj was our Diamond consultant. We were Lucky to meet him upon our initial visit. Adam was so helpful, humourous, and we felt at ease as he was more about educating and assisting rather than selling.With his help, we found Spence Diamonds to be a relaxing, no pressure environment to experience the many protype options available and choose the perfect diamond and rings for us. *(once we are married I will post our bands)I recommend not only Spence Diamonds. The staff is nice, though the door needs to be cleaned a bit more from hand prints. The jewellery is lovely though the price can be steep. The warranty on the rings are good. You have to get it cleaned and inspected for free once yearly to keep the warranty good. They resized my ring and did a flawless job. Decent selection, though I did find a lot of the rings looked similar . I did not love the wedding bands . The earrings are a nice touch.
