Andrew was awesome at matching our mattress needs. As we have not had a new bed for many years, it was time. There was no pressure sales and we ended up buying a base and bed frame, pillows and sheets too! John, his coworker was pleasant and participated in our conversations. Can’t wait to take delivery.
Both gentlemen represented the company positively.

Excellent service from Andrew. I needed to exchange my mattress under warranty and he made it so easy! It only took a few minutes and I was all set up with a delivery date. Thanks so much for making this a very simple process.

This is our go to place when we need a mattress. Almost 3 decades now. We have never had an unpleasant experience. I must say Sleep country chooses the best of the best when it comes to their sales staff. We were delighted to meet Abishek at the Lakeshore Mississauga location. Abishek's pleasant manner and his immense product knowledge made our purchase so much easier. If it wasn't for Abishek's humble mannerism, we may not have spent thousands of dollars on our purchase. Words cannot begin to describe the amazing service I received from Jacob 10/10. As someone from sales and customer service I can tell when someone is going above and beyond for a client and when they genuinely want to help.
