“I am going to bioped at this location almost for 20 years. Nicholas Cici not only extremely professional, very courteous and does his job with lot of passion. I am extremely grateful to Nick for diagnosing my issue and did make the orthotics to my full satisfaction. Then I got the compression socks he did solve my issue with pleasure and paying his complete attention to listening my foot problem and solving the issue. Very down to earth guy and I highly recommend proper foot alignment from him. A very friendly staff provide professional and diligent services. Due to excellent service and friendly staff I highly recommend their services for anyone seeking top quality orthotics and compression socks.”

“I visited the Dr. Scholl's Custom Fit Kiosk yesterday for the first time. The staff were friendly, and the Kiosk was easy to use. They helped me with a sample to try on, and I bought new custom orthotics. The kiosk was easy to use, and walking felt great—I even walked 12 kilometers afterwards in them. I should've bought two pairs!”

“Let me just say these 5 stars are for 3 gentleman in that store and 1 young lady who were exceptional!!! Jayden, Jose and Jaden, and I didn’t catch her name but this cute girl with her hair in a braid and white airforces ?It is so important when you met amazing people these days, they make me want to come back there and shop some more, I pray these individuals see their worth as some people they work with there were giving really nasty vibes, I don’t want to dwell on it much but one of the male manager’s long hair I forgot his name and another lady there with a headband and grey sweater should really switch jobs as their energy was less than mid, very unwelcoming & giving miserable ? we all have bad days but when we come to work we got to show out! I really pray for those individuals to practice kindness to not just others but themselves. As for the other rockstars keep going and chase your dreams, you guys are stars ✨ never change ?”

As someone in the customer service industry, these companies don't provide enough hours to have a second person to assist. Aly was so quick and efficient manning the store alone.
It's a tough job to serve everyone at the same time, rushing back and forth for sizing and cashing people out at the same time, all the while keeping the place clean and organized since people don't put things back properly.

“My favourite thrift store. I am so happy I discovered this store in Mississauga as I recently just moved here. I got like 5 nice dresses for my upcoming vacation. Great prices and not obnoxious pricing as you see in the stores on queen west or Leslieville Toronto. Staff were so nice and helpful. Yes you might need to dig a bit but I got everything from work clothes to going out dresses to more formal dresses. So happy!!”
