Makes customers wait outside in the cold and then when they return from the back of the store the old man when asked why they have to wait so long instead of apologizing starts screaming at his female customers like he is the boss of the customers, Instead of taking the abuse after telling him this is no way to talk to customers decided to buy my cigarettes at Esso. The old man is very rude. I told him I waited too long outside and he starts shaking his hands and screaming at me. WOW, unbelievable. Like I did wrong by waiting outside and when seen his back turned when he came out from the back to let him know I was there and knocked on the glass to make him aware of my presence. Instead of serving me when I get to the glass he goes to the counter to start pressing buttons on the cash register instead of speaking to me through the window or saying one second. Only when I go to walk away then she starts shouting. I come back just to hear him scream more nasty words in another language. What a nasty old man. The man at Esso was much more pleasant and allowed me in the store and served me with a smile. I then came back to Shell and showed him what I bought and said see there is more places that will give me what I need and be more nice and told him when you are nice you get business but if you are a jerk you get nothing.

Extremely disappointing service. Got the ultimate car wash and the car was completely wet on the passenger side and big bug spots still on the windscreen. The gentleman inside refused to accept the car was not dry and the bud spots were not removed even after showing him. Spoke the manager Mohamed who was equally incompetent. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!

They had a huge line, and when a pump finally became free, I realized why. Their pumps are painfully slow, so it takes forever to fill up. Moreover, they play loud ads on the screens at the pump (I don't think it's a coincidence either).
Anyway, avoid this Shell if you can.
By the way, this was in May, maybe it's changed since then (try at your own risk!)

It was quick and easy to start the car wash from shell app. Touchless was convenient but the dirt is not fully cleaned. With high pressure water spray and foam light stains are cleaned but deep stains remain. I guess we have to wipe with brush or clothes once the car wash is done. Not 100% perfect.

Not good to go there always the old man nite time inside and not doing service to us always sleeping or in the bathroom we c him and hi see us but he dont care look like no one watching what he do !!! Happens all the time

usually this car wash is good, but yesterday went for the ultimate car wash. the surface protectant wasn't applied during my wash.told the guy in the station and he was dismissive of me, told me it's the best car wash in town and you're the only one that has complained so far, I told him I've used this car wash several times earlier but he couldn't help. asked me to come back when manager is around.update- after several months and emails there is no resolution.the customer service team only responds upon follow up, looks one they don't care at all. it's all a formality just to create a case in their system, I'm sure the case just have been closed by now.I have stopped following up after a couple of months, no point in wasting time.

Don’t buy car wash passes from Shell - they don’t tell you the card expires and refuse to reinstate your washes even though you have paid for them THIS IS A SCAM.

Paid for the ultimate pro car wash last night. In summary, the car wash ended before the second last stage could rinse off and the doors started opening. I couldn’t even properly dry the car off properly and I drove out and talked to the Gas station attendant. He looked out the window in the dark not even knowing which car it is and he said my car looked fine. He insisted that there was no soap on my car he would have seen that the car wash ended early. I have photos and dash cam footage of all this aswell. The other customers in the gas station were laughing at the situation because it’s super embarrassing. He could have simply given me a code to rinse off the car at least. Terrible service.

If it was possible to give it a 0 I would. Car wash absolutely sucks! Don't waste your money coming here. It looks like it didn't touch the whole front end of my car. Feel like I got absolutely ripped off!!!
