Recently purchased a car from this company. Very responsive guys . The owner Fatos is a friendly positive person nice to communicate with such people. He was always in touch and answered all my questions. I picked up the car relatively quickly. I would like to emphasize the factor how they prepare the car for sale. All parts that need to be replaced are replaced. I remember when I came for a test drive, the front tire was tired, I took the car on a new tire. You can see that the car is ready for use. I recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you to such a company for this wonderful car.

Don't trust the high reviews here nor the friendliness they show when you go there. These people are dishonest and know they are selling a car with serious issues but will hide all the issues. And if for some reason you do end up buying a car from here make sure to show the car to a mechanic you trust and ask for his opinion on the car and all of the issues/things needing to be replaced in the future. Don't trust a word they say about the car being in perfect shape /not having any problems. For all new buyers out there, note that the car passing safety does not mean it won't have any serious issues down the road. Besides all these dealerships have their own mechanic and do some shady business at the backend to do whatever they can to barely get a car to pass safety. The auto industry is an industry full of scams and unfortunately this dealership is no different.
I am posting my review here so others especially people new to buying cars don't fall victim to the lies told by Serena motors and take their business elsewhere. In August 2023 I bought a hatchback for quite a high price. After two test drives the car seemed good to me without any noises and a smooth drive and I took their word that there were no issues. Now one year later, I have had to have a countless number of major and expensive parts replaced with several trips to workshops. And in many of these occasions the mechanic told me that this issue has been there for a long time and whoever sold you the car knew about it. This shows the lack of honesty and transparency by Serena motors.
1.5 months after buying the car the battery completely died and I had to have it replaced. 3 months later and the whole clutch fails (in a manual transmission the clutch is one of the main parts and very expensive to replace due to high labor hours). It turns out there was a leak in the slave cylinder which the mechanic said has been leaking for a while and the previous owners must have known. But now the leak just got worse causing the whole clutch to fail. Another month later, after an oil change it turns out that there is major play in the tie rod and so I have to get it replaced too to make sure the car is safe. Another month later the whole control arm needs to be replaced since it too has play. And then the so called "good winter tires" the car had. turn out to have such a small amount of thread remaining and a major issue in the balance that even a high end wheel balancing machine can't fix so i have to get all of the wheels+tires changed. Otherwise there was a significant amount of vibration at high speeds. And now most recently the exhaust has developed a loud sound and after getting it checked it turns out it is leaking and cannot be fixed unless it is completely replaced because the previous owners performed a temporary fix which too has now failed. In the process it turns out the spark plugs that were installed are also completely worn out since they are the original ones the car had and should have been replaced at least 50000 km ago.
Oh and also the Lubrico warranty they sell to take another 1000 dollars from you is absolutely useless and covers almost no actual issues. Not even something as simple as spark plugs.

Yes I knew that you provided a one month warranty but my issues began after one month. And the issues were on nonsafety items like the clutch so it wouldn't have helped anyways. And I know that cars and especially used cars require maintenance . But the things I had to do were not just simple maintenance. They were quite expensive and big replacements on things that you would have known and could have mentioned or at least reduced the car price accordingly. These repairs costed me around 7000 dollars in total( the clutch alone was 3500 to replace).

Got my first used car from them and had a great experience! Mohamed was personable, easy to talk to, and there was no sales pressure while i was looking at the car or taking it out for a test drive. I got a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT and the car is in great condition. I took my car to my mechanic just to make sure everything was looking good and his feedback was "yeah it all looks great, they took their time making sure everything was up to safety standard".

I bought a Mazda 6 from them 20 days ago it is running smooth , i am so happy with the purchase as they were very honest about each step and the best thing about them was i had bankruptcy on my credit because of financial issues, I went to other places to get a car but because of my Bankruptcy i was unable to get the car loan but one of my cousin recommended them so i went to them and they easily got me approved the overall process was hassle-free and amazing .
