“When I came to write a review here, I read some previous ones and I must say I will only be echoing those positive comments. I can attest to all the praise Marta has received.
Without going much in detail about my situation, I will mention that I needed a bridge loan. When refused by my own branch, Marta, with the same bank but from hundreds of miles away, got in touch with me and reassured me that she will do her best to get the loan.
Words won't do justice with which she commited herself to attain it. Without wasting a minute, and I mean it, she got the ball rolling and within a week, she got me the loan. What really surprised me most is she stayed connected just through email and she did a better job than my local branch even when I went there in person to request one, and got refused after several weeks of waiting after that.
I am truly thankful for her service, for her commitment, but more importantly I am thankful for her taking the initiative to help a client when I needed it most.
Thank you Marta for the help, I sincerely wish you the best in you financial career. I hope other clients can benefit from your immense experience, dedication and commitment towards helping them, especially when they need it the most.

“I had visited Tenth Line West branch yesterday evening. There was a long queue and everyone stuck with something with the teller. At that time the Branch Manager Ania Di Carlo came out from her room and starts helping everyone. She was so quick and seems to be she was the only person working in that branch at that time. “There is always great service here, I just was in the bank. However one customer was insisting that she received service without her client card.
It was mentioned that a new policy no longer allows this type of situation to take place. However, the customer requested to speak to the bank manager. The manager reiterated this to the customer.
The customer unfortunately desired to have this new policy set aside for her.
Charmaine Dass-Seepersad, the branch manager was very politely. Charmaine calmly without raising her voice at all, explained this to her and yet again, she did not care. She told another lady who was with her "they don't want to help me" that is absolutely false. Policy is policy, This is in place for security, customer protection or maybe other reasons.......
The customer did mention she was here from out of town. While empathy was displayed by Charmaine, I'm happy she did stick to the RBC policy, a policy of which the customer made clear she believed she should have the privilege of bypassing.
