I never post but had such terrible customer service yesterday. Very unhelpful / unhappy staff as I tried to figure out sizes for some gifts I was purchasing. Love RW clothes but would not shop again at this location.

I am buying clothes for over 18 years now and heartland location’s customer service is so poor. The staff is not willing to help and also forced me to try the dress although I know my size so that I won’t come to return it. I wasn’t feeling well but still tried the dress and bought the same size which I picked . This happened with me second time and the guy has no customer service manners.
