I'm at my wit's end with Roxy Vape. Their customer service used to be top-notch. I'm a regular customer who purchases 18mg No Flavour Vape weekly. However, they've been out of stock for two months now. Despite their assurances that the product will be available "next week," I find myself returning week after week to no avail.
Today, they informed me that they received shipments of 6mg, 8mg, and 12mg products, but all the 12mg ones were already bought. When I inquired about the 18mg product, the staff member suggested that it might not be produced anymore. I asked if he could verify this so I wouldn't have to make pointless trips to Roxy, but he said only the owner, Dave, could do that. He seemed indifferent to the fact that I was experiencing nicotine withdrawal and needed a quick solution.
In the end, I had to settle for a $30 bottle of mint flavour to tide me over. Meanwhile, the Vape Hut down the street has been accommodating, even reserving the last bottle of 30ml/20mg for me. I would still prefer the 60ml from Roxy for the cost savings.
Unless Dave, the owner, reaches out to clarify whether they still carry the product or can source a different brand, I'm afraid this might be my final visit to Roxy.
