I cannot express enough how amazing the venue was for my daughter's quinceañera! Janet, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful in creating this magical day. As it was my first time planning such a big event, Janet and her team were very patient and provided fantastic ideas.
On the day of the event, the staff, bartender, and manager were exceptionally helpful, especially when we encountered a minor issue with our seating arrangements. They took such great care of my guests, ensuring everyone had a wonderful time. Lastly, the food was impeccable – it truly exceeded our expectations.
Thank you for making my daughter's quinceañera an unforgettable experience!

Had my son's baptism at roma's yesterday, what can I say, the food was good, the servers were amazing including the bar, the room was specular and janet who helped us was so wonderful and gracious with helping us with everything and answering our questions,even accomidating with some of my guests that have restrictions. We will use roma's Hospitality Centre again for another function/ celebration

Roma's has been our 1st choice for over 8 years for our St. Padre Pio Women's Breakfast. The signs on the window say it all. "TOP CHOICE EVENT VENUE IN MISSISSAUGA FOR 14 CONSECUTIVE YEARS 2011 - 2024. Coordinating an event for 70 women may seem like a piece of cake but it can also be stressful. Janet Boyce, the sales manager made everything easy for us. Nothing was too much trouble. She is a real problem solver and has the patience of a Saint. Joseph Vescio, the owner is wonderful. The food was delicious, appetizing, lots of variety, presnted beautifully and more than enough. Nigel, was the onsite manager and was more then happy to accomodate every request we had. Oh and did I mention their AV/Sound people? Fantastic! We were missing a component for a presentation and one of the technicians actually went to his office, found what we needed and saved the day for us. Our guests loved every blessed minute. I strongly recommend Roma's for your event.

Had my son’s communion here yesterday and what a wonderful experience it was from beginning to end! Janet was a pleasure to work with and was super patient with me! She was able to accommodate everything I needed. The day of, we had Anthony as our head server and he was also phenomenal! Easy to work with, incredibly charismatic, and we had compliments from many of our guests about his positive attitude. Thank you so much Romas, you will be hearing from me again for future events!

Had my baby shower here February 2024!! It was a success overall. Janet was a pleasure to work with from day 1, she’s very friendly and accommodating. She was always there to answer any of my questions!! We decorated the place and it turned out amazing. Accounting team could be a little bit quicker with returning deposits, accepting et’s etc. also having more time for set ups would be nice as well as we barely finished setting up in an hour and a half with the amount of decor we had. Otherwise, food was good and came out warm which is very important! We did the antipasto to start, then penne a la vodka followed by chicken leg/thigh for the main. Servers on the day of were very polite! Event was a success and will definitely recommend in the future!

Had a bridal shower here and it was delightful! It was an easy process to get everything planned. The food was also great and the Roma's team helping us coordinate were all lovely and helpful. The event looked great and went smoothly, and all guests were happy. The event space also looked beautiful!

I have been trying to book an event at Romas for months! I went to multiple events for other people in the prior years and thought it would be a great experience to have my own event there. At first the service was great and prompt but somewhere along the way (I'm not sure if employees or management changed). I had to start dealing with different staff and I was not happy. The gentleman that I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said that with the items I needed to get addressed that management would contact me and I agreed. That was back in November 2023. I never heard back so I again left a message in December 2023 and received an email on December 13, 2023 saying that they received my voicemail and will contact me. It is now January 19, 2024 and I have still not heard anything back from anyone. Its been very upsetting being treated like this and I expected the exact opposite from Romas especially since I have attended multiple events there. Really hoping that nobody else is being treated this way especially since events that take place at these types of businesses is supposed to be the happiest day of your life. Please do better Romas!
