I canceled my service in 2022 and we paid the final bill and dropped the modem at the store yet here is Rogers still calling us and telling us to pay more. And they are threatening to send our bill to the Collection Agency and Credit Bureau

Employees are not helpful at all nor do they know what they are talking about worst customer service I’ve ever had at Roger’s was at this location, couldn’t even tell me what type of account I have or was looking for or anything about new plans since I was looking to change my plan they just told me to call Roger’s hurried me out of the store as fast as they could and locked the door.

Stopped in to upgrade my old Samsung s9 to something more modern. Service was incredible! The most enjoyable experience I've ever had dealing with Rogers wireless. Been a customer for over 25 years. And have finally found my go to store location.
