Today I went to Rinascimento at Square One for shopping.Unfortunately I haven't received the same help as from Patty. I ask for her and I haven't receive any answer.Your employees shall follow Patty's behaviour in relation with clients.I hope to find her next time.

I had to go shopping with my daughter, and we found “ Rinascimento” a boutique with a great selection to our taste where I and my daughter, got very impressed by the way one of the stuff members served us, Pat, and I hope I encounter more store’s managers to treat customers the way she did by making this place more inviting. By the end of my visit I learned she was the manager and that’s what really impressed me: her patience and profesionalizm.She had hands on, carefully advised us on what we were really looking for….she was doing a great job, and her service was so effortless. I loved the mystique name of that boutique too…one thing i the would address is that while Patti was helping us the rest of the stuff was either passive or I would dare to think sort of jealous towards her. However, due to her help we did find what we wanted and I’d strongly recommend anyone who visits “Square One” Mississauga, to go visit this beautiful place with such a pretty and sweet manageras well?.

I'm writing a review on behalf of my wife. We were in the clothing store few days ago after being disappointed in a few other clothing stores in Square One and my wife was very impressed with the store manager Patty. Patty was very professional and outgoing and her attention to us made us feel that we actually wanted to stay in the store. She was very helpful and her caring way she has about her really made us feel like we were in the right place. The overall environment with the music and being around her, made us feel at ease and we will return again. She def is a leader in the industry and we are very pleased with her customer care?

Today, I went there with my friend because she wanted to return a dress she bought yesterday. We tried to look for a replacement and when we could not find what we were looking for and told her that we will just return the item, she said there is no return. She didn’t inform us when we got there that we are not able to return the item and that the only thing we can do is to give us a store credit. Which by the way, the lady who check her out yesterday didn’t inform her about their return policy. Why are we paying for something we didn’t like. Their items are extremely overpriced and the quality is the same as the ones sold in shein. We are definitely not coming back. Very poor customer service the lady wasn’t really helpful at all. Stop wasting your money and don’t buy clothes here.

Wow, I am truly impressed, such a lovely experience. Johana, from Rinascimento in Square One, made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. She was so helpful from start to finish, offering great advice and going above and beyond to help me. She put together a beautiful outfit, complete with necklace, belt and shawl. I will definitely go back specifically for Johana's outstanding customer service! Thank you Johana!

I went into this store excitedly looking for a graduation outfit! They have really amazing clothes at first glance. I took many into the changing room, (which didn’t have mirrors inside). When I started trying them on I quickly realized how bad the quality and tailoring was. I am usually a medium in stores like Zara, H&M, Banana Republic and Aritzia, however, even a large looked terrible. These clothes are very cheaply made and some trousers were not even lined. The staff were pushy and rude telling customers who complained about the sizing, that clothes are for ‘European’ bodies, when another customer (a woman of colour) was trying them on. I am not even sure these clothes are actually ‘made in Italy’

Experiences the worst customer service at this store. The ladies working there are not at all polite to the customers. Rather than answering the customer enquiries, they like to rudely avoid the questions.

I bought a suit but needed a medium in the pant. When I went to the store to try it on, the zipper on the pants were obviously sewn wrong. The bottom started as it should however the top were the button was, was located about 2 inches to the side and was obvious it was not sewn incorrectly. The “owner” happened to be in the store and when the person who was helping me pointed it out to her, she looked at me in absolute disgust, made a face and said the reason it was like that was because I was too big (meaning fat).Thank God they have an amazing manager that quickly stopped the situation from degrading further as I am not the type of woman that believes in woman speaking to each other with such disrespect.Because of their amazing manager, I continued to be a very regular clientWell, today that stoppedI was in their Square One location were “the owner” and her assistant were putting out the new collection and she was actually laughing at me and making jokes to her assistant a short distance from me and made no effort to hide it.I am quite aware that these reviews are read by the company and I hope someone chats with this rude and ignorant “owner” and explains to this uneducated woman and teach her that not only should woman not behave this way to other woman as it shows a tremendous lack of character on her part but to explain how you should treat the people playing a role in supporting you.You have lost a very long and frequent customer to your storeAnyone know of a store that does not body shame their clients, has great quality of clothing and wants a regular client that spends? I prefer stores owned by woman to be supportive

Horrible customer service at the Square one location.The ladies that work there are more interested in talking about their personal affairs around the cash area instead of assisting customers or even knowledge customers when they walk in the store. We went in two times looking for a dress for upcoming wedding and we walked out as no one knowledgeable us or even attempted to help us. They just stood around their cash area and continued to talk about their personal stuff. Horrible service.

Had worse experience ever , I went to exchange my skirt which I bought for 140$ I bough it august 21 and wanted to return it today I explains my situation for the manager that I was away from town but she was very rude and didn’t exchange the skirt with anything , now I’ve to wear this skirt which is very big for me . She said even if I exchange it she will give me something for 70$ but I bought the skirt for 140$ , useless, will never shop from this store again .
