On October 25th around 8:30PM, my friend and I were racially profiled by one of the store employees. When we went to the cash register to complain to what looked like the supervisor we were told that 'there had been many robberies in the store'. Our experience here was heavily downplayed and we were made to feel like the whole thing didn't really happen. You should all be ashamed for treating people this way. I will never shop here again and will spread the word.

I went there for getting a drug, I wasn't sure if it needed prescription or not, when I approached the pharmacy section there was a guy the immediately he saw me he gave me a suspicious look, I didn't mind the look and asked him about the drug but that guy with a disrespect and mean attitude told me "it needs to be prescribed by a doctor" I told him okay is there any alternative which doesn't need the doctor prescription? he just stared at me like I am being a thief that was much disrespectful. 1 star is way too much to rate this store.

I use to have a bad feel for this store. But my experience over the past few months has been amazing! Any of the staff i have delt with have been very kind and knowledgeable. I recommend 100%

Have never had a good experience here. especially at the canada post counter. staff is inefficient and un knowledgeable about what they’re doing. Everytime I come something is wrong, or there’s a lack of staff with a line of customers waiting to be helped.There was a sign saying “be back in at 7”???? like why? the store is in operation, so the post office counter should be to. what should’ve been a 2 minute task turned into 30. it’s insane how poorly managed this place is

Absolutely slow pharmacy. Asked to wait for 20 mins for just to remove the vaccine from the fridge and bill it. When asked the person said there were other prescriptions before me. I understand that part if they had to adjust pill or make small portions but just to remove and give is too much time. As such not planning to go there ever. So no problem.

This is the worse pharmacy of all. Don’t fill your prescriptions with this pharmacy! The prescriptions get lost here and they just don’t care! I had a consultation with a Rexall’s doctor for Covid and the doctor didn’t call me at the time. He called some hours later and promised send the prescription here. I’m getting worse of Covid and so far I don’t have the medication. Rexall team is danger for your health! Don’t trust on them!

Bout an apple giftcard here, did not work, asked for a refund or exchange, said wait 24 hr, I waited, still does not work, I come back, wait 3-5 days while we contact the company. Biggest waste of time ever I just wanted a 15$ gift card. Imagine how embarrassing this would be if you bought it for a friend. Awful experience

The staff needs training. There is a white cashier charges money extra money under “rexall care”.
I asked what’s this about and she said donation and I asked if I asked for donation. Then she started saying me I’m disgusting bla bla voicing her voice without noticing to cover up her fault. She didn’t apologize and even insulting me. That was wth point for me. Better get trained this trash.

Horrible cashiers. Be careful what you paid. They charge extra money for no reason. Elderly and people on hurry, again be careful! Some cashiers here charging extra money. Idk what is their purpose! Rexall don’t pay them enough or they play lottery games with the extra money they receive. Stay away!

freezers dont work. just wasted my time rushing there to buy a freezer burned previously melted icecream for $9. didnt get a reciept because im stupid and they closed now. sigh
