This pharmacy cancells your SkipTheDishes order without even bothering to call and inform you why first. Good luck to anyone who is sick and hoping this pharmacy will help them out. Try 7/11 instead...at least they have proper customer service.

This is the worst pharmacy. Time and time again they have disappointed me with their lousy service. But due to the proximity to my home- I return. Often when my Dr faxes or calls my prescription they receive it very late or never. I have to chase them by calling multiple times and when they finally “receive” it I will get 4+ hours to actually have the prescription ready. It’s ridiculous
Tonight I was told I would get a callback within 15 minutes from the pharmacist because I called 6 times to check on a prescription which I desperately needed (was literally in physical pain) - it never happened. I went into the store and the pharmacy assistant was super rude. No regard or care for their customers. I am never returning here!

I’ve used this store for many years and have always had a great experience. In fact there is another Rexall store closer to me but I chose this store because the staff are very helpful and friendly. Flu shots were received at this location without incident.
It’s always well stocked and extremely clean which I appreciate.

I didn’t buy medicines , found the offers on chocolates and cosmetics worth it you need to check for unused products . Most of them looked used or broken

I live nearby this pharmacy and for convenience this has been my pharmacy for a long period of time, I take several medications and a couple of times the end of prescription ends during the weekend which makes impossible to have the renewal from my family Doctor so have to call on Monday but the pharmacy gave me a couple of pills for the weekend while I got the renewal, today they refused to do that, I understand is a control medication but they don't need to give me a whole month of pills, a little bit of empathy wouldn't hurt

Very poor service at the pharmacy. Aside from the fact that it takes at least 20mins to give you a medicine that's on the shelf within arm's reach, when you give them actually 3 days to complete that prescription and dispense it to you, you get the surprise they don't even have the medicine in stock and they didn't even bother to tell you when you dropped off the prescription. Plus you have to pay for this "service" as usual when you pick up at another location. Such bad customer service, if it was another industry they'd be out of business long time ago. I'll go out of my way to avoid financing this location for this reason, even if it's the closest to me.

Big sign saying "Walk-in Welcome" for flu shots and they rejected us when we are there at the counter. They said should call ahead and make an appointment but if they don't pick up the call, how can we know if they can help? We let the phone ring twice, 3 mins and 4 mins each. The Pharmacists have the courage not to pick up at all.

This was my first time at this pharmacy. They guy at the pharmacy counter was very unprofessional and rude. He did not even try to adress my concern. I literally felt unwelcome. So not going back ever.

Really good experience, got my prescription, yes it took a while but I live nearby so it’s okay, I got a text when it was ready, they are quite busy but very nice, they answered all my questions and I really appreciate the customer service ☺️ not sure why so many bad reviews

Really, really great service from Carol in the Pharmacy! Not only did she volunteer to contact another pharmacy that performs specific compounding that Rexall did not offer, she followed up to make sure.

The doctor here is anti help, anti medication, I went there because I have had a sore throat for over a weak and a half. I have tried home remedies, and everything in between you know what the doctor said to me, antibiotics wont help you, its a little virus, are you allergic to buckwheat or glass? and to gargle warm water with honey. Is this a joke? after waiting over an hour and half? So anyways I realzie this doctors belongs in the loney bin so I go to another walk in clinic, who tell me I have something i cant even pronounce and prescribed me this super strength prescription to handle it. This doctor is a joke avoid this office at all costs

Day light robbery by Rexall. Over the counter medicines are way more expensive than other places. Good for prescription drugs.
