Bought a vanity from them. It is good quality but terrible to assemble. There were no instructions. I reached out to them and they sent some hard to understand photos and a youtube video of a different model. We ended up hiring a contractor once we opened the box because we knew we were in over our head for the "easy to assemble" vanity. The contractor predicted it would take about 4 hours to assemble. We are 9 hours in and $1000 spent. Turns out we needed a filler piece which are typically included in these vanities so we had to spend another $90 - when it arrived it was scratched. The vanity doesn't include handles/pulls even though they are in the photos and there is no indication in the item description that they are not included. The backsplash was also the wrong length so thankfully the contactor had a wet saw and could cut it to the proper size. Avoid these guys!

They tried to scam me and get me to pay directly to them after it had already passed on my credit card. After I protested, they invented an excuse about the product I ordered to cancel my order.

Purchase a 42” vanity that was a little hard to find. It was for a spare room so I didn’t want to spend too much on it. Most of the stuff I found at big box stores was cheaply made and was still pretty expensive. Found one at the Reno-shop that claimed to be solid wood panels with plywood. Called them and arranged for shipping (I live in a remote area) which was quite reasonable. When I got the unit I was pleasantly surprised. The unit was solid maple with birch plywood for the back and sides. It even came with soft close drawer slides. Even the drawer boxes are dovetailed. All for $500. I would recommend you check them out if you are in the market for a vanity.

I ordered a pizza oven from Renoshop. It was shipped from Ontario to my home in Quebec in 48 hours. Excellent service. All that remains is to try the oven :)

They sell very low quality products, if your going to buy cabinets go to ikea, way better for the price. The vanities and kitchen cabinets are very soft wood boxes frames not from regular north American plywood instead it is China plywood which absorbs moisture and swells up as well as the frames are out of square with no quality control. Adding to this the doors split with time. Overall very bad quality and packaged poorly. ?

Ordered a product online and was expecting a smooth process, lo and behold.A C.S.R. called and said that my order was a "yellow" fraudulent order. They then explained that recently, a customer stole from them through a fraudulent order. I understand they are just trying to protect their business. If the billing address and shipping address are the same, I'm not sure how they classified "fraudulent." They then proceeded to ask for a copy of my driver's license and credit card (Suspicious)- I've never had a vendor ask for this information. That's the point on online shopping - the security and convenience. This experience felt like neither.Oh, and they screen calls when you do try and contact them! Classy establishment! We canceled the order before anything else went wrong.

Guys, stay away from duplicatesBourdeau and Thor Kitchen model fridges! from renoshop.I purchased the Bourdeau Fridge Model FB3601U from Reno Shop in April 2020, convinced by their claims of its quality and long-standing reputation. However, within just three years, the fridge stopped cooling, and when I sought warranty support from Bourdeau's US company, I discovered they had no presence in Canada and told me that this must be fake seal and refuse to owner any warranty..Despite offering a 2-year full warranty and 5-year compressor warranty, Reno Shop tried to evade responsibility when the appliance failed. Local technicians confirmed the compressor's failure, but Reno Shop refused to help. It is clear that I fell victim to fraud, ending up with a duplicate product. My advice: reconsider purchasing Bourdeau or Thor Kitchen models. Don't waste your money on unreliable appliances and untrustworthy sellers. Invest in reputable brands from reliable sources to avoid the frustration and loss I experienced.

I discovered this business through Googling as I needed a specific vanity for a new bathroom in our home. I liked how I was able to sort the available options by size and feature, like "no vanity top" option. My contractor approved my choice and I chose a navy coloured, 60inch, no top vanity. The listing didn't mention hardware nor were there any photos of it. But after emailing the company, they responded that the hardware in a brushed nickel colour was included.Shipping was slightly longer than the first or second day suggested, but the delivery wasn't late by any means. I honestly didn't know that it was going to be flat packed, no indicators on the website told me that, but hey, I'm up for a challenge. But then, I opened the box and there were NO instructions. I assumed maybe they just deal with professionals who are adept at putting together vanities, but my contractor assured me that even they would want instructions to build a vanity. I reached out to the company and they just sent me a few photos and sent me a link to a random YouTube video that showed a generic vanity being put together. I was pretty miffed and dismayed that it was up to me to complete this with unspecific instructions.I had to purchase a staple gun, staples, wood glue, and some finishing nails. It took me a few nights to complete, some steps needed a second set of hands, but overall it wasn't too bad. I didn't appreciate the lack of specifics on WHERE to place the brackets to best support the structure. Lastly, while I appreciate the soft close feature on the drawers, I had no idea how to install or use the blums that were included and had to spend time doing my own research on how to attach and use them, as the YouTube video I was supplied with, didn't have soft close doors. The cost of a 60 inch vanity greatly varied from what I saw of other online retailers. I feel as if I got a great deal on the vanity, including tax and shipping that went into it. But, the lack of instructions? I think most people would have given up or asked for professional help. Unsure if I'll use this business in the feature as I'd have to weigh the pros and cons of it. At least I know I have built one vanity and could build another...if I had to.
