I ordered uber from this location because my kids wanted some treats. They sold me expired seaweed snacks!! and now my daughter is throwing up!!!! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location on Victoria Day. I purchased potato salad from the kitchen. which tasted sour and made me vomit. When I returned it the next day, the clerk refunded me then said they normally don’t give refunds. but insisted it couldn’t be bad, and even asked me to taste it again. The owner then accused me of leaving it out in the sun and argued with me instead of addressing my concern professionally.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially from the owner. I urge you to review food safety practices and improve staff training. Please take this feedback seriously to prevent future incidents.

I bought some food from there and. Then I wanted to use the washroom then employee name is ventak he said the owner said costumers can't use the washroom. I said that guy that I have diabetes then this guy said even if I bought a hundred thousand dollars worth of food I still can't use the washroom

Bought 6 bananas for 2.46$ and 7 kiwis for 13.93$ !!! Total 16.39$ .This is ridiculous 1.99$ each kiwi !!! I never gonna step my food ever again in any Rabba store !!!

WAJHI is the Sweetest person we have ever met. He was friendly funny and brought us back out our pop to the car we forgot in store. 10/10 customer service and just felt so welcome in this store! Bonus it was even open on Canada day ❤️
