I initially thought my concerns were isolated, but after seeing recent negative reviews, it's clear there's a serious issue that needs to be addressed. The store manager’s lack of customer service skills is alarming, and if this continues, the business is bound to lose customers. I’ve already filed an official complaint and will ensure this matter is escalated.

Teach that too much make up lady at the front desk some manners. Listen lady, you get paid to help people coming there. If you cannot do it just stay home. That's much better for people coming there and you too

I went yesterday to ship parcel to america. staff is just being so unhelpful and waited long. I filled the customs by myself thats they suppose to do. I would rate zero for the service. waste of time

I wanted to give zero ‘0’ star for the kind of customer service they offer. I didn’t get any notifications for my delivery. I called purolator customer service for rescheduling the delivery around 1:35 pm but was not confirmed as I haven’t received any notifications on my registered number. After waiting for almost 4-6 hours for my delivery status to get changed. I decided to visit their delivery location as per the time mentioned in the pickup slip which was 6 pm. Both the ladies at pickup counter were very rude . They told me to wait for almost 40 minutes as delivery truck was late because of evening traffic. It was around 7 pm when I enquired status of my parcel, the same lady mentioned that you cannot pickup the delivery because you asked for the reschedule. She intentionally let me wait for an hour for the delivery and then she denied. I was waiting with my small kid for an hour . We both were standing as they don’t have any sitting arrangements for the customer to wait . Not recommended at all. This is not the first time I am facing this kind of inconvenience from this company . This happened multiple times. Very bad customer service at pickup counter. More customer service training is needed.

Convenient location, only reason why it got 4 stars is because sometimes there isn't a rep working the purolator counter and I had to call Amazon to track a package I had dropped off here, because it went missing, always take a shipping receipt!
Update = 2 star for the reply they sent. I know how a tracking number works. The package disappeared in transit for 2 weeks until Amazon confirmed they had already received it, so the tracking result was incorrect. There is no harm in having proof of drop off (receipt), which is different than JUST a tracking ID.

No instructions at site, how to and where to go for troubleshooting. Haphazard, messy site with harsh staff. Staff was not clear in instructions and was dealing with rude attitude. Even the lighting was not proper, it was dark and goving it an old rough look of site.

Definitely a rude customer service. I walked in to pick up my package yesterday, 30th Aug 2024, around 4pm. The lady kept talking to the guy in front of me in line as if he was her long lost uncle. When she looked at me, she did not even greet me or say "hi".
When I tried to explain that I was there for pickup using a QR code. She said, " you need to go outside" and got back to chichatting with the person in front of me again. There were no proper instructions on how to use the kiosk.
A very bad experience.

My preferred drop off location as it's right by my work! Always so easy to drop off any packed packages or to process "package free" Amazon returns lol. There's usually a staff member at the front but most times you can just leave the packages off to the right side for them to process. So far my packages have always made it to its destination and have never been stolen off that counter!
