Out of all the garages I’ve had to deal with not one has made me feel as heard and included as this one. They went above and beyond to help me, always communicated timely, and explained things very well. After all the repairs on my car was done, they detailed her incredibly, I don’t think I’ve ever seen my car shine that much! From the front desk service to the mechanics at the back, this garage is the best I’ve dealt with while living in the GTA.

my vehicle was collected and i received the utmost attention and aid in understanding the process in getting it repaired , the parts were ordered and the repairs were done in good time, the staff was polite informative and efficient in dealing with me

I was involved on an accident and my 2019 Dodge charger was brought to Prozone auto collision. Prozone did an incredible job in repairing my 2019 Dodge charger after an accident. The car looks as good as New and they handled everything smoothly from start to finish The staff was professional kept me updated and made the process stress-free.Highly recommend for anyone needing quality repairs.

I had best experience with prozone. They fixed my car as a brand new and the person Aziz is very nice to communicate. I prefer all to go there to get any kind of service .

I recently had my vehicle repaired at prozone, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. Although they replaced the damaged driver-side doors with new ones, the end result was not satisfactory.
The doors no longer open and close smoothly as they did before, and the window glass produces an unsettling noise when closed. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the mechanics' professionalism and lack of proper tools to ensure a quality repair.
While I appreciate the effort to address the initial issue, the subpar workmanship and unprofessional service have led me to caution others against visiting this shop. I would advise customers to exercise caution and consider alternative repair shops to avoid similar disappointments.
