BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!!! Wrong meds, overcharging, long wait timeOne of the worst pharmacy’s I have ever been to !First off noted by SUNLIFE, they are overcharging for medication. I brought this issue to Rita’s attention and she brushed me off making some sort of an excuse.Secondly, they NEVER have my meds. They always say they will have them the next day but never happens , not to mention wrong prescription was requested for me on a medication that I cannot abruptly get off of. They wanted me to wait 3-4 days without the medication, knowing how dangerous it is.I quickly transferred all my files to Shoppers Drug Mart in Rockwood MallDisgusted with the fact that many non English speaking elderly people go here and are probably being cheated as well !!

My husband and his family has been coming here for a long time and I can see why! The staff is amazing, professional, informative, friendly and overall very caring. I use to live close by but moved to Aurora and I still travel to come here because of how great they are

The pharmacy and staff are not professional at all. they hide the information from patients and just wanted to sell their items.I have had two times experiences with them and both times they failed to do the right.The first time they cheated on me and sold me the shingrix. The second time, they gave me the generic medication without asking or informing me about it.They don't care about patients just want to sell, that's all

Very disappointed.Refused to fill my wife’s prescription for a pain killer as pharmacist did not know prescriber .” Go to pharmacy near his office “ was the advice. My wife had been sedated at the Dentist ( a specialist in Toronto) and driven home by a relative . It was 8pm. We now go elsewhere.

Negative 0. The Asian assistant is racist, rude and unpleasant. Why is she still working at this pharmacy....note to owners she pushing away your patients to another pharmacy. She's a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!
