Went to Premium tire and Auto centre for checking any puncher in the rear tire as tire get half flat couple of days a go.
I was amazed with such a quick and excellent service experience. Tire value was leak and replaced, did balancing and checked air pressure in all tires maybe in less than 30 minutes. And charges for all is zero dollars.
From now onwards I will be going to them for my car Sorento maintenance and service.
And recommend to my family members and friends to go this place for the car maintenance and services

Extremely happy and satisfied with the friendly customer service. David and Bill were very knowledgeable and able to give us enough information about our service. They were able to accommodate us last minute and made sure to provide updates on the status of the fix. Would highly recommend coming to this place for any car needs!

Absolutely Disappointed - Zero Stars if I Could!
I recently had a terrible experience at Premium Tire Center. I went in with a flat tire, urgently needing assistance as my tire was losing air rapidly. I explained my situation to the reception and was told they were short on staff and couldn't fit me in right away. Understandable, but I was hoping they could at least put some air in my tire to get me to the next available shop.
To my shock and disbelief, another gentleman at the front desk (not the one assisting me) rudely stated it would take two hours just to add air. I was stunned by the lack of empathy and basic customer service. I wasn't asking for an immediate fix, just a little help to get to next shop safely.
I ended up leaving, shaking my head in frustration. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I would give zero stars if possible. Their unwillingness to provide a simple, quick solution in a time of need speaks volumes about their customer service. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable tire shop that actually cares about its customers.

I am really satisfied with my experience at this establishment. I arrived around 4:50 p.m. and the garage closed at 5:00 p.m. and a mechanic came to check my vehicle which no longer had power. They kept my vehicle and the next morning around 8.30 a.m. it was already in the garage. At 10:30 a.m. the car was already ready. Basically a small inconvenience with my vehicle which ended very well thanks to this exceptional team!!!

I woke up this morning to a flat tire and a flight to catch at the airport. I was at a hotel directly next door, so I carefully drove across the parking lot. These guys patched and filled the tire in less than half an hour, and sent me on my way... NO CHARGE! Brilliant service from Premium Tire & Auto. Thank you so very much!

After I took my car in for a service at a dealership I got a second opinion with Pemium Tire and Auto which saved me 3 thousand dollars! From now on I will be taking my car to William and his crew for an honest a fair assessment of my car which will extend my life of my car.

My father’s tire somehow got deflated. He drove his way down to this shop since it was only a couple hundred meters from where he found out his tire was flat. They provided excellent customer service and also free of charge. Check all his tires/wheels and changed a part. Man this is what good customer service should be and the fact that it’s coming from a garage even goes to show how much class these people got. I hope the owner continues to treat the employees well.
