Not the most friendly people. But then again they are pretty useless too that don't ship nothing really. I guess it not too Canadian since they don't ship Canada Post but wait they ship Purolator which is owned by Canada post. Don't ship UPS but why not FEDX. Just go to Staples down the street and be worry free that you can ship everything by every courier even TEMU.

So I have dropped a return with Amazon here and guess what they have lost the package in transit. It was a big box of vacuum cleaner not any small candy box. The moment I dropped it I knew something was fishy because the old man there told me he can’t print return receipt because his scanner is charging. So just asked me to leave the package. That’s so weird

Intended to print a shipping label and then ship a package. Printing went fine, but was told they couldn't ship because they didn't have a barcode scanner. Not sure if it was just that day, something about my package in particular (it was a pretty standard return, but...?), they don't offer shipping anymore (this seems unlikely), or something else. It was inconvenient, though I guess I could've called ahead to confirm their services.

The PostNet team here have always been very supportive and have always cared for all my packages very professionally. I only wished i discovered them sooner! I now come here as my go to spot for all my mailing needs.

If you come up with you Amazon return with the purlator QR code, they will charge you 50 cents for each page. Otherwise, if you print it at home, that's free.It doesn't really making sense to me, becasue I went lots of places for this QR code return, none of them charged for printing. And from Amazon and Purlator website, they said it will be free - no additional charge such as Printing or Taping. I think it is rediculious to me, because it should be free or they should only accept the Drop off with the label.Otherwise, staff are pretty friendly. Most of time they are pretty fast, but sometimes can be a long line to wait.

Amazing place!! Very friendly and accommodating. The staff there especially Mohammad greets me with a smile! What I especially love about this place is the feedback they give to help your design make the printing process easier and aesthetic. Really grateful for the rush order he was able to accommodate me with! Overall, an amazing place and highly recommend!

My wife and child went to print some stuff. The snow storm came in fast....THEY KICKED MY WIFE AND 1 Year old son OUT! Because they are closing for the day. The audacity and disrespect of you people. Even the print work is below par. They scamed and over charged my wife. This is the kind of service that gets you shut down. Your work is not that good. You claim to be a business for the people. You're just greedy scum! You're racism won't go unseen. You want to give your own people good service but because we are not you're people you want to just treat her with disrespect and iregard! This won't fly!
