Great atmosphere and workers. Prices are more expensive then other supplement stores. Popeyes does not work there unfortunately so ther3 was false marketing, I wish to meet the sailor man one day.

Ali was super helpful and very patient with my questions today. His knowledge of the appropriate protein powder for my teenage son was excellent. Highly recommend. And the shaker bottle is an amazing added bonus. Thanks so much. Lots of parking. And a great loyalty program.

I went here a few weeks ago and the staff members were very friendly and helpful! I am new to protein powders and the staff member who helped me was very informative about their products! Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the staff member but I had a great experience here and will be coming back soon! :)

This is the best Popeyes in the entire GTA hands down prove me wrong.Unlike some of the other locations they are willing to bring in products specifically for you on request even if not in popular damand yet.I'm a big fan of the brand Bluestar Nutraceuticals and highly recommend their products they are new and blowing up on spcial media but only a few locations in Ontario decided to carry them since they launched a collaboration in Canada.After searching far and wide, Phill at the Popeyes supplements at the dixie location told me "if you need it ill bring it for you" and that is what you call top-tier customer service!.I get my blood work done on the regular to test my testosterone levels and since taking STATUS test booster my levels have gone up and they stay consistent!.Thank you so much Phill @popeyessupplementsdixie for bringing in this product for the people who requested it.

Usually I don’t write reviews but this one is deserved just to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received today at Popeye’s Supplements Mississauga Dixie store, particularly from an employee named Ali, according to the receipt.As a regular customer who consistently invests a significant amount of money in Popeye’s products each month, I have come to expect a certain level of customer service. Unfortunately, today's experience fell far short of those expectations.Upon entering the store, I approached Ali with some questions about the products, expecting to receive the kind of helpful and knowledgeable assistance that has kept me loyal to Popeye’s. To my dismay, Ali's response was deplorable. Not only did he fail to provide any assistance, but he also displayed a complete lack of interest in helping me make informed choices about the supplements I intended to purchase.When inquiring about a creatine product that I had not used before, Ali's response was shockingly unhelpful: "I don't use creatine." This lack of product knowledge and unwillingness to assist a customer in making an informed decision is unacceptable, especially considering the amount of money I spend at Popeye’s regularly.Moreover, I made a substantial purchase today, making me eligible for prizes and Black Friday giveaways, as advertised in your store. Unfortunately, Ali didn't bother mentioning or acknowledging this, adding to the overall frustration of the experience.Given the deplorable service and lack of consideration for a loyal customer, I have decided to return all the products I purchased today. It is disheartening to see such a decline in customer service, especially when one expects expert advice and support in a supplement store.As a result of this negative experience, I am inclined to explore alternative options, such as online stores, where customer service is not sacrificed for the convenience of in-person shopping. I hope this feedback prompts a re-evaluation of customer service practices at this particular location, as it is disheartening to witness the degradation of service that has been a hallmark of the Popeye’s brand.

Popeye's is our store to go when we need to restock supplements. Phil is very attentive and is always prompt to explain about the supplements and their components. He is very knowledgeable and his recommendations are always on point.
