Worst clinic. I booked an appointment at 11:30- showed up on time and they said- oh you’re late, your appointment was at 10:15, so I gave them benefit of doubt and thought maybe they made a mistake in booking me in- so they rescheduled me again after 3 weeks and I specifically asked them to book me at 11:30- and they confirmed it- I took note of time- then again I show up on time and I hear the same excuse - “what’s happening you’re late again, your appointment was at 10:45 AM” - it’s either the Doctor checks the schedule and ask the discourteous receptionist to make an excuse or the receptionist doesn’t know how to book appointments. The clinic needs to understand people have work, and then there is a commute to get there. And asking to show up every 3 weeks to hear oh you are late, a blatant lie and conveying that through a rude receptionist is uncanny.

Samah the pharmacist and the assistant Lamees and their staff are absolutely amazing and the best knowledge. They're very professional and friendly always helpful genuinely caring service. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Absolutely criminal to charge $100 for a doctors note. Standard is anywhere between $10 - $30. What a scam.

Very clean pharmacy. All the employees are very kind and friendly, they go above and beyond to help you, especially the pharmacists. They are very accommodating and helpful. I especially recommend Dina Shokri’s nutritionist services, and Mohammad Rawashda’s osteopathy services. All staff highly value their customers, and frequently engage their community with customer appreciation and open days where they kindly offer free snacks, face painting for the kids etc. Highly recommend!

Spoke to the doctor virtually and found her very patient and knowledgeable. She took time to understand the concern and was genuinely interested. Felt like I was in really good hands. The pharmacist was also very accommodating. The place seems clean and well set-up. I’m sure it’ll do great in port credit neighbourhood. I would highly recommend the doctor.

I would always and without any reservations recommend Pharmasave Port Credit to anyone in that area.I went there for the first time; the pharmacist went above and beyond explaining a few options about a few over-the-counter drugs and vitamins that I needed and was looking for. She is friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional.
