A 4.5 stars from me. I was recommended by a friend as I was needing to go somewhere to get my Pomeranian a proper hair cut- most places Ive been to didnt do a good job.The groomer gave excellent customer service by providing updates through text letting me know of any concerns and provided recommendations. ex. how often the claws should be cut, and maintaining clean ears. I went to pick up my girl and she was cutier than ever!The reason for not giving 5 star is honestly the parking lot is waaay to small. Even if you parallel park by the side of the building, what takes a 3 point turn turns out to take 10. Very tiny space/limited parking that results to street parking.

So, I took my furball to this grooming joint last week, and let me tell ya, they went above and beyond. The folks there are legit pet lovers, making it a chill vibe for my little cavapoo buddy. Walked out looking like a rockstar with a fresh bath, fancy bandana, the whole shebang. If you're a pet parent, this spot is a no-brainer. Totally recommend it!

I really like them to take care of my cat, I don’t need to worry about anything just make appointment and drop off my babe cat to there, they do nice clean and I saw my cat is happy when I picked him up, btw, they are busy, better make an appointment 1-2weeks before, and they do have a lot toys, clothes and foods for you pets

Don't go to this store! No integrity! I made a reservation fifteen days in advance and everything went well. As a result, I was told three days before the appointment that I could not groom the dog because the dog was nine years old and grooming was not allowed for older dogs. And the age was not informed at all when making the reservation! ! ! I have already made all my plans. I plan to return to China on the third day after I finish grooming my dog. Now I just cancel your appointment and it’s over! Moreover, the attitude of the store manager or person in charge is arrogant and unreasonable! This kind of attitude and integrity in doing business will come to an end sooner or later. I hope store owners in China will see this review! The store was already in a mess. I sincerely hope that everyone will avoid this store at all. You will be told to cancel the reservation out of nowhere, disrupting your plans!

Asked them about grooming for our 9 year old toy poodle and they said they don’t take dogs over 9 years old. Didn’t know there is age discrimination for dog grooming services too. Find a back up store now because your furry friend may one day be too old for them too.
