This is my store and I am usually happy with the service. But something must be said for the nightmare with the free photos with Santa. I went to the trouble of bathing grooming my pups for their booked appointment. I made an appointment the first day it was available to book When I got there the line was all around the entire store I asked one girl when her appointment was and she was not even 1/2 way through the line and hers was 4;25 pm and it was now 5:00 pm mine was 4:55 pm I had to leave without my pictures.How could they be so far behind in their appointments? If they accepted walk in people there should have been separate lines or if people were allowed to take to much time with Santa a time limit put into place So very disappointing. I passed up invitations for my birthday for these pictures.

I went in with a friend who was getting her cat's food. The staff was friendly and willing to help. I did a mini tour, I got to meet some cats that were up for adoption. You can tell when individuals really love their jobs the dude was so excited to show us the cats. It was my first time ever being in a Petsmart. I was really intrigued, the best part of my visit was the grooming area and seeing the dogs being groomed.

We’ve been coming to this petsmart with our dog Hope for the past 3 months since we adopted him and it’s been a pleasure each time! Eden is our regular groomer and is incredible at what she does! She makes Hope feel super comfy and is super transparent about what is possible each time as he gets more and more accustomed to grooming. He always comes out happy and floofy! The other staff in the store are great and always available to ask a question or get help. The store is well stocked and clean - highly recommend to any other pet parents in the area!

The manager summer was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. It even started with the guests before me. She was so rude to them as well. After waiting for help for over 10 minutes she came all frantic and told everyone that she’s all flustered cause “she has tills to count and other stuff to do” being all bothered because she had to do her job. And that was just the START. I work in the service industry and have for years so I was trying to be sympathetic with her because sometimes we have those long days and despite her disrespect I was still trying to be kind. But unfortunately after a certain point I had to speak up because of how nasty she was. She was also aggressively throwing the fish around and throwing them in bags. I’d highly recommend corporate to look at the cameras and see how she treats the live stock. She wouldn’t even tell me her name I had to get another employee to tell me. Extremely rude and uneducated. I’ve been coming here for years and never have been treated like that. She was so rude that even other guests were shocked. It’s sad that there was a group of witnesses also completely baffled by her disrespect. Will also be calling corporate. So miserable but honestly if I had an attitude and personality like her and id be miserable too.

I absolutely love this Pet Smart location. Everyone who works here is a saint. Super friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic. I rescued my first dog (Billy) in April and Pet Smart Port Credit has been there every step of the way to answer my questions and to give encouragement. Billy also loves getting his bath there.

I would like to say that the manager Eve made my entire experience at Petsmart amazing. I have an anxious dog who needed a special harness for walks and Eve was patient, friendly and understanding. She took her time and helped me understand all the different types and even made my dog comfortable and he doesn’t like a lot of people. Thank you so much Eve we will be back

Hate hate hate this store. Everytime I attempt to business here is brutal. Ordered dog food last week. No shipments. Unable to get a refund and zero phone calls telling me when it will ship. Out $80.

PetSmart never has capacity for dog grooming …. no matter which location. This has been a known issue for years, yet they’ve done nothing to hire enough groomers or expand their salon space. It’s frustrating and unreliable. After multiple failed attempts to book basic services, I’m done supporting this chain. They clearly don’t prioritize their customers or pets needs. The money they lose from turning business away could have been used to double or triple their capacity years ago. Someone is failing hard and losing this company lots of money by turning business away.
