This location is my favorite in the area because they have the best selection of items for rabbits. Still too small imo, but much better than other locations. Some stuff seems very expensive but they frequently have reasonable sale prices.

I don't even have words to describe how disappointed iam with your service I asked to groom my cat and what a horrible service you gave cut off all my cat hair The girl name Jessica was so rude and on top charged me $125 for the horrible service iam attaching the Pic before and after have some heart and tell me if it's not animal cruelty and trust me I will report this I will post this everywhere so people will know as well what kind of service you guys are providing

Generally helpful staff. Wish they stocked enough of the more popular salmon greenies + salmon tuna entree wet food.

Writing this for Kim as a feedback. It is important that you understand that customer needs to be heard. There was no point of argument explaining why “conditioner” was needed; why $12 was charged?
It would have been better that while dropping off our fur babies that you guys in BOLD fonts explain the final amount for grooming. Signing that terms and conditions should be separate. Find ways Petsmart please. Charges should not come as surprise to us. You agreed that there was miscommunication but I still ended up paying. I had no intention to not pay for your hard work but we lose trust when it is not communicated effectively. I told you that I am going through tough times and I want to keep the basic grooming. No extras! Very disappointed!
I understood your comment that this money goes to you and that’s why I chose not to argue by paying it.
This is not the first time that I left disappointed from this place but letting other people know is important. Thus writing this for the first time.
