Hi it’s “Gremlin”! (Opal)
My first night with my new mom and dad was very exciting, my new family already really love me and i can’t stop showing them how much I love them!
I kept mom and dad up all night nibbling on their toes and I especially loved head butting mom’s face while she was sleeping.
They have decided to rename me again to GREMLIN THE TOE EATER.
My big sister Boo just wanted to watch me.. kinda creepy.
I’m very happy.

I want to give a huge appreciation to Amanda and the manager Rachel! I took my dog out salmon fishing and he rolled on a rotten dead salmon. The stench was so bad I was worried my car was going to stink. I had an hour drive back home and I need to give my dog a bath urgently. Sadly the dog wash just closed up for the night but due to the emergency I had and the fact that both Amanda and Rachel had a heart, I was able to give my dog a wash. I really appreciate guys you guys really cared and may godbless you both a thousand folds!

Excellent customer service!
Found a great kibble for my dog. I was buying such expensive brands, and my dog kept having loose stools. This brand was on sale, and my dog's digestive issues are gone literally after one feeding.
Not a cheap brand, but I will definitely keep buying.

This has been my local pet adore for 6 years. Decided it would be a good idea to try the groomer at this location.
I texted the groomer that was referred by the store over a week ago now. I text the lady as I was told by the pet value employee.
The groomer hasn't responded in any way since then. Her voice mail is full, no call back and no answer what so ever. The other day I called the store to see if this groomer actually works there since and the employee said she will leave all my information with the groomer as she was coong into work that day.I wasted enough time trying to chase your store and groomer since clearly both parties dont care for this part of the business.
Overall my respect to the pet value chain has significantly dropped and all I was looking for is a response so I dont wait around.
